The environment is great both for new joiners and seasoned athletes. The coaches are great, and so are the members. After few drop ins, I have joined the box and so did my wife. She has just started with CF and she loves the box too!

I am in love with that place. It is a life changer what these guys are doing. Crossfit in in general is a very good exercise yet the trainers in this place are remarkable. Totally recommended.

Highly recommended. Best CrossFit box in the JLT/Marina area. Terrific coaching, amazing community. You wouldn’t miss a day of training as you get energized by the enthusiasm of the coaching and members. Give it a try; you will become a fan of the box as soon as you set foot in it.

LifeSpark is a great CrossFit box with amazing coaches. Definitely would recommend it, both for those just starting out and for those who are more experienced. With great programming, a strong focus on technique, and an amazing community, LifeSpark is hands down one of the best boxes in the UAE.

Great team of professional trainers. Programming without a doubt is one of the strengths of this Gym. In my view, these guys strike the right balance between technique and intensity. To compare and keep a fresh eye, I make a habit to visit other boxes in my travels to compare experiences, and still, LifeSpark remains consistently at the top of my list. Two Thumbs Up, I certainly recommend it.
