Because the rest of the staff are busy in other works.
I noticed that the staff is reluctant to have eye contact.
Eyes contact are important when some one enters in the office.
It seems to me that the staff were pretending that they are busy
They never answer calls, they never update you, they ignore whatsapp messages and left you on-read.
They have the worst and rude customer service. They keep you on hold for more than 5 minutes and when they answer they ill just drop the call. It is a big mistake to get this insurance for my car.
Since I dropped my car for repair, there are no updates at all and they will never answer you! It is almost 17days now without car and this insurance seems to be doing nothing at all. Very disappointing, even 1 star is not deserved for this company!!!!!
I took car Insurance from this company and non of them is responsible for further queries. I have been tried to contact them about 2 days, and nobody is answering.. very worst insurance.

Worst insurance to deal with. So I hit my car against a wall, it took a while for them to refer me to their chosen garage. Long story short, it turned out the little damage my car suffered was never fix by the insurance but only fixing on the outside as the minor chassis damage was never align. Furious to learn upon my vehicle renewal with RTA that I have chassis damage where the car hit the wall which I am personally fixing from my own pocket.
One more thing: No one seem to answer call there or provide you enough information when you are there.
Worst insurance company in UAE they will never answer the phone, u need to go personally to their branch in dira to get the recovery number and get the approval and u need to do all the paper work your self even when the accident not your fault, they will tell you theres no rental car for you during the repairing time when its in UAE insurance law u get one very bad experience and very bad service don’t even think to insure any thing there

Very bad service, they will give you worst unprofessional workshops who will spoil your vehicle. It got 6 months to chase for repairing, changed three workshops, in the end spent money from pocket to get vehicle repaired from good workshop.

It might be cheaper & that's why they have very bad service and very rude employees especially the assistant manger in Dubai branch he is not professional at all and gives all the customers bad attitude, he treats them as if they are slaves also the inspector they are very rude.
Both of them having a very weird relationship with the garage where they fix the cars for the clients. The garage will write down things in your quotation to be change that's not damage and they will accept it for them.
And if you discuss it with the inspectors they will tell you it's not your business to know you have insurance with us to fix your car when get damaged let us do it for you.
If you try to call the office over the phone they're very slow to pick up the call you might be on the phone listing to those silly music waiting for someone to pick it up, then after 30min waiting when someone answer they transfer the call to the concerned department that will take forever.

I took a policy from this Co for Car insurance at Ajman. I find their service the worst I have ever experienced. Conatacted the broker Khalid who sold me the policy. He simply refuses to help as if his only job isto collect money on behalf of the company. Their telephones are always busy and you can never get across to them. NEVER GO TO THEM.
Worst experience ever in Uae. Guys never do car insurance from them. In case of government property damage claims either you pay yourself for clearance and wait for three months to get the payment or they will pay directly to the authority after three months.
Very bad service, never answers the phone calls. If there is an option to give negative stars I could have done that. I doubt if there is even one customer who is satisfied with their 'service'.
Advise to existing customers: Dont call them, they will never answer it. Go to their Dubai branch and get the garage guys number and take your vehicle to the garage and deal with them through the garage guy. Make sure this is the last time you are dealing with Methaq.

I am currently facing a massive problem with this company and their staff for more than a month now since they made me lose my car YES i don't know where the hell is my car??!!. They are rude, so unprofessional, liers, bullies, they never answer calls or emails, they are never helpful, they are BY FAR THE MOST LYING SCAMMERS i have ever met in my entire life, i can go on and on about the millions of dismay they gave me. I without a doubt refuse to recommend this place, Al Shamil Auto Workshop and Liberty Motors R P M Workshop.
I'm currently in touch with Dubai Gov. trying to sort this out.

I bought car insurance through an agent at one of the RTA registration centres after buying a second hand car. I had a minor collision and I could not get through to Methaq. I ended up taking the car to a repair shop and paying for it myself. I have no idea how anyone involved in a more serious incident manages.

If I had an option to put negative stars.An awful insurance company. Terrible word is an underestimate. Literally harass the customers. We are awaiting since last 6 months for the insurance to be settled. Nobody responds or bothers. Nothing happens at all. Saw their set-up in an RTA office and hence took it from there hoping it will be a good one. A BIG MISTAKE!!!.

This is seriously the worst company worldwide of all time. For them, its all about business and benefits, no customer care no customer satisfaction matter and no commitment in terms of responsibility.
I can see that I am not the only one, they are taking 3 months just to release a cheque for the damages their insured vehicle done to my car.

Or try to dial their number and check if anyone will answer your call, except for the reception and insurance services "of course, income!". But you are lucky if motor claims and other department answer your call.
One of the worst establishments I've ever encountered. I hope that no one has to deal with them. The correct government department needs to know about them and hopefully shut them down
