This AXA Wafi Branch will not be operational from 4th August 2019. This office will relocate to a new flagship Store off Shk Zayed Road, Dubai

Pathetic insurance. Complete cheaters. I took their best policy and paid the entire amount.
They rejected even a small fever I had. Pathetic service and really rude people sitting in the customer service.

Axa are a good company, the telephone service is very efficient e.t.c. BUT if you have to go to the Wafi office to collect a refund cheque, the receptionist that greets you (or doesn't greet anyone in fact) is the most unfriendly unwelcoming office receptionist I believe I ever met. No greeting, no hello, thanks, goodbye, how can i help .. it was 'almost' funny!

i just called to check how much would be the dental coverage with your insurance due you website didnt give me that option when quoted the insurance pakage, the call was to sales department and answered by the woman which after my question she transferred me to medical department , i asked the medical department the same questions and explained that i called sales and they already transferred me to medical department , however they transferred me anyway to sales , which is understandable it sales job to explain about the price , so same sales girl answered the call and transferred me back to medical after that call is dropped . well service is not great lets say and im questioning the professionalism of the staff
