  Have been on their Excel plan for 1.5 year now and just claimed my first expense, was settled within 5 days. Thumbs up for customer service team!

  Now Health is the most unprofessional and careless medical insurer I ever experienced. My company is having the NOW Health APEX plan insurance, which is one of the most expensive medical insurances. We have this insurance for six months now and so far I didn’t have a single claim without issues. The people of Now Health MEA are incompetent, rude and they start always by rejecting all claims. Only when it is escalated to the management, they approve the claim, most often only not in full.
  In addition there are hardly any medical hospitals, doctors or pharmacies which accept the NOW health direct billing. I can’t wait until this insurance expires, making my company able to move to another insurance. All in all definitely not recommendable.
