  Delay in response, they do not have the sense of service all what they do care about is to block you with an agent to make a commission.
  Very bad and I hope that such kind of Insurance company do not last.
  It is only existed because the monopoly of UAE market & limited offering.

  I am very happy made the choice to use ANIB for my insurance requirements, they have been outstanding with the services requested. The response time is very quick and mist of all the customer service is willing to listen and advise on the requirement i presented to them, I would surely keep using them in future.   At last, after all the searching, I found ANIB. And am I not glad! The customer service call centre rep whom I dealt with was so kind, patient and helpful. Explained everything well and the premium was very affordable for the coverage. Thanks ANIB for helping with my car insurance and keep it up. I am recommending your team for sure.

  when you are pressed for time, especially in a new country and when it becomes a real hassle to visit every insurance company to evaluate your options, Al Nabooda Insurance is my recommendation. They have a terrific call centre and are professional and definitely seem to know what they do.
  
  I have my car and medical insurances done through them and the service has been excellent.
