  Staff and atmosphere is good. Difficult to get paid parking and it’s expensive than normal rates. May be Adnic service is good however my experience is not good due to in efficiency of one of their staff to update wrong info in system

  i was trying to get advice which insurance is for me an to receive simple estimate how much are the plans. It was nightmare - after FOUR days they sent me only SIX pages long form to fill only to give me quotation. In these four days i found another company, much more friendly.
  
  If the customer service is so bad even during sales phase, I prefer to NOT check the customer service level after signing the aggrement
