  We were regulars at this mall. We appreciated the open space design, the convenient hypermarket, the good cinema, and the food court was awesome. I would say we probably spent no less than 12 to 14 thousand dirhams per year at the outlets of that mall, we even had our daughter's birthday at the kids park!
  
  However, now it is absolutely black listed as a never to go to place! The reason being is Disrespect! I have had a sewage pipe drip all over my new car and ruin the paint! Complaint process is non existant and they will do anything to just get rid of you! From threats to fake promises to hanging up the phone in your face! Their customer service people will answer the phone as if you called them at home while they were having dinner with their family! (I.e. no grasp whatsoever of how to answer the phone, address customers, let alone solve problems!)
  
  I was extremely hurt and upset after dealing with the people in this mall and tried to reach management but their contact info is concealed tight like the original declaration of independence and customers have to deal with the misfortune of being disrespected and lied to with no interest from the bosses.
  
  In other circumstances I would've gladly sued them let alone gave them a poor review.
