We have spent 2 months in this residence, so I can tell you a lot.
The place is good if you have access to swimming pool and spa.
The wifi is only in the small reception.
The residence is another building different than the meridien hotel.
Rooms are very small, carpets dirty, furniture old.
The good thing is the small kitchen.
The bad thing: there is cockroachs !!!!
We had some bad experience with the room service.
If you are “resident”, they will not change bed sheet daily.
One day I was inside and they entered to the room using their card.
If you love to sleep in the morning, forget about it, as housekeeping will knock early in the morning, even Friday and Saturday mornings.
Breakfast is good.
Gym is amazing
Swimming pool are nice (there are 2).
The beach is “ok”
One more thing, prices can be very highe as very low. We had monthly rate but they changed it every time.
One more horrible think: there is a new trend in this hotel, tha friday night swimming pool parties! Impossible to sleep as the music is so high. You can hear drunk people shouting.

Rooms were very small, especially the Bathroom. No Wifi in Rooms. A Kitchen was mentioned while booking but all I got was Plates & Cutellery. The Entrance is not properly accessable. The good part was Spa & Beach Access . Good for Tourist & Weekend activities but A Big 'NO' for Business Trip Stay.

It's nice to stay or wonderful location..

Room very small, kichen very small and very poor of tools to cook, furniture old fashioned, very crowded place around and many working in progress in the close streets , wifi signal doesn't arrive strong, you have to use your mobile..

VERY BAD!!!! Rating "0"/5,
The Carpet was dirty, towels damaged, old furniture, very small washroom, kitchen equipments🍳 are outdated.. and when we are check-in there the receptionist (Vikrant) or no one else directed me to the room location. And Someone who was on the floor he has carelessly shown the wrong direction of the room without seeing our room number details No WiFi in the room totally we had bad days
My 1st experience among all UAE hotels
I never go again this hotel if someone gives free invitation !!!!!

Rooms n washrooms are very small for family. Felt like getting into aircraft toilets.. air conditioning was less. No ac in common passage. For one person its good enough..

The rooms are dated, the staff don respect you, wifi is too slow and some times dont work, if you need something you have to wait at least 2 hours to get, no complimentary tea or coffee, its a waste of money and you cant sleep due to the noise and when you complain, managers dont care or even try to help you
