  Front desk are bit lazy, but overall this hotel is at a very prime location which makes it attractive for travelers.

  all the rooms are well appointed with modern functional decor, and good bathroom facilities. adjoining rooms are also available, ideal for families. breakfast was so-so, as was food in the restaurant. if staff tried a little harder, it wouldn't have been such a forgetful experience.
