Housekeeping staff is not honest. We stay there last wednesday april 25 to april 26 2018.. And when we check out we find out that my friend forget his necklace in bedside table and he call in the reception on the same day to ask if they find something from room that we checkout but they said they didnt find anything. In the other hotel even simple accesories that u forgot they will return to u. And also they will call for nothing at around 1 am when u r sleeping. Pillow is very used and thin.. Dissapointed too much!!

When I stay for a night, it was splendid..!!!! They offer reasonable price plus good service & you can bring in your friends for an occasions such us B-days, get together gatherings, party for a caused and many others without restrictions Such a lovely hotel indeed..!!!

Very unprofessional receptionist by name Mitchell messing me up second time. She checked me in the hotel without alerting me there is no wifi!!! Later I called the reception desk for wifi password she gave me without a word. Few hours from outside to come back to the room only to call the reception desk again to know what's the problem only to be told they don't have /didn't have wifi connection whole of today. His Egyptian protective boss in front her and they knew what game they played. Zero rate

There was a filipina lady in the front desk who were not allowing me to check in using my id copy. The reservation was made under my friend’s name as she has her passport is with her, while my passport is with the company for renewal of visa. She was trying to argue and telling me that won’t be possible as they need the original one. I totally understand that is the hotel policy but at least she could have said it with an empathy and offers an option, but she was not so helpful, and saying that its not allowed as if there is no other way I can check in.

Bathroom weirdly arranged, you need to sit on the side of the toilet in order to use it, bathtub area looks moldy. Thanks god only staying for one night. Just checked in already can’t wait to get the hell out of here.

Bad hotel, their water is polluted and not clean. The room stinks and I couldn't sleep last night due to the bad smell. Don't waste your valuable money on this place.
