Very bad service of this hotel ,they are just making
foolish to the customers.
Last time I was book the room but there happened some little problem and I not stay there and I come back,after I ask for refund money but they want refund.the fake management is there just make business they don't care about the customers.

The hotel is nice. The staff was hospitable and welcoming. The fact that they don't have a valet could deter people but Mawaqef parking is available and abundant, with 3 storeys underground.
We had a free upgrade and the room was spacious and clean. We were 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children. We didn't have any difficulties or mishaps.

Convenient location at the the city center, accessible by short walks to the business and commercial center. Underground carpark just opposite to the main entrance. Staff very efficient and friendly, namely Ms May and Mr Binyam who always take care of our reservations. Rooms are spacious at affordable prices. Nice buffet. Will definitely return back.

this hotel ass manager (zinash) Hk attendant dancan evening shift very nice guy.and frooq Hk attendant he approaching us on time very nice guy. thanks very much all of you Grand family . I hope this next 29 I will come again.see you guys

Awesome experience at affordable rent. Continental food was good. Don't bring your vegetarian friends/family here. They'll be disgusted. Located at centre of Abu Dhabi. Can roam around easily. There is a cycle stand near by. Very cool. Very close to Madinath zayet And few other malls.very cool. Good wifi speed and tv channels. Satisfactory

The worst hotel I have ever been. Loud noise at room hallway at night. I told the reception to do something about it. They acknowledge the problem but didn't bother to fix it. They didn't even ask me if the problem went away. Simply irresponsible and totally ignorant of a customer's demand!

The location is perfect! Small grocery selling the main needs 4 travellers in few steps behind the hotel , 4 the seafood lovers, there is -Golden Fork - restaurant behind the hotel too, more Restaurants and bakery are close also. The room is spacious and the rate is affordable. Highly recommended

I felt the reception staff could be more welcoming. Paperwork perhaps be quicker. Sending documents to back room always makes be uncomfortable.

Clean and with very friendly staff. Quite good for a 3 star hotel, with easy (paying) parking and easy access to bus and taxi services. Nearby there's a city park and a smallish Mall with a cinema, plus the area is full with small, decent and very cheap "hole in the wall" restaurants if you don't want to dine in the 2 restaurant in the hotel (international buffet and indian restaurant)

Went to India gate restaurant for a buffet. The price was AED36 for 1 soup, 1 starter, 2 gravy, plain rice and briyani. And nothing else. The place was completely empty. Maybe it's new place and many didn't knew. The food is average. Ambience was good. Service was quick if anything asked for. Overall experience 'meh'.
