The hotel staff are super friendly. Hanan at the reception was helpful and considerate enough to give us an upgrade after seeing my wife being pregnant.
I was at the hotel on a business trip and was having breakfast, a staff comes to me and asks by name as to the schedule of the shuttle service. I was impressed that he knew me by name although I never met him and was proactive in letting me know the schedule of the day without me even asking.
The hotel is super clean and has a beautiful ambience. I will probably stay at this hotel every time I visit Dubai.response / report this review -

Great hotel, forgot my wallet and cards in the safebox after checkout. Then got a call from the hotel asking me to collect my lost belongings. Love their team.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! The price was amazing and the hotel was super clean and well mantained, which was very important to us. Service was a little slow at times but overall, I am happy and would stay here again. P.S. the dates and arabic coffee in the lobby are to die for!

Amazing hotel for the value. Clean, spacious & modern lobby. Food at restaurants was delicious, upscale modern rooms with latest technology features. Beautiful high level gym and rooftop pool with spa. Recommend.

Lovely cleab hotel. The service is great - breakfast buffet is good but you need to wait far too long for the coffee..they need more people cleaning the tables after guest leave them otherwise you need to ask someone to clean it before you can seat! The clean of tables has to be done better too as it not ok to seat on crumbles from previous guests

I had such memorable stay here in dusitD2 kenz hotel. Everybody were friendly. I stayed over the weekend. Gym and the pool was my favorite place. They have strong wifi and free parking as well

Very nice and VERY clean very up to date and modern. Absolutely happy with this hotel. Nice atmosphere and staff. Been to 2 others hotels in Dubai and stayed at this one. No complaints!!

Good bang for the buck for short stay in Tecom if you doing business, clean, new, good staff and nice amenities. Difficult to find a taxi near by at some time so better to pre order.

Stayed for 2 nights with my hubby on our wedding anniversary. Clean hotel. Fast service. They have their own parking place in the basement so we didnt need to worry if where we are going to park our car. A walk away from the Metro. No alcohol and there is no club in the hotel, which is good coz we were able to get a good night sleep. All in all 5 out of 5 stars.

Fabulous hotel!!
The only thing this hotel needs to improve is it's marketing. The Dusit chain may be known but what's this name? D2 Kenz??? No taxi driver will ever remember it. In fact, the restaurants in the hotel seemed rather empty although especially the Thai on 1st floor is really world class.
Very quiet, sound proof rooms. Decent size. Comfortable beds and pillows. Curtains close perfectly, so rooms are very dark. Great room service too. I slept like a baby and that's really the most important for me when I am on a business trip.
Metro station is only 5 min walk away and the Sheikh Zayed road close by. There is a small hidden supermarket close by as well, as well as barber, restaurants such as the German Doener.
Fantastic place! Just please.do something about this name and improve your marketing.response / report this review -

Best experience ever ! The hotel and it's staff was just perfect. It's really close to a big metro station and about 30min from the airport . Our room was so spacious & modern with good airconditioning, and audiosystem. We also used the pool and fitness . The staff regularly checked in on us to make sure we were alright. The breakfast was also amazing with good healthy options.

Stayed here recently and I don't have a single complaint. The hotel was faultless. The staff service, cleanliness, and on site restaurant food were all perfect. We were treated like royalty during our stay.
The location was great. Like most of Dubai there isn't much around the hotel area but there is a back gate behind the hotel which leads directly to the internet city metro entrance, so a very good location. Mall of the emirates and the marina are only 2 stops away in both directions. Thank you Dusit D2 for a wonderful stay 👍🏻response / report this review
