Wow beautiful place, scenic location lot of greenery. A vey nice architecture, beautifully laid out. Nice parking spaces, valet parking is also available. Interiors are really beautiful, lobby is very nice, scenic very very good place. It was a great experience to be there. Would recommend everyone, very good place to stay during shorts visits to dubai. Its is the centre of city too, easily accessible.

Great place great Hotel. Was here for a DEWA dinner party. Great ambience, a lot of space, grand appearance. A lot of parking space, great reception, friendly staff. They have big halls. As per food it was really good. We had a mix of Arabic and continental dishes. A lot of verity. Distribution of food to the tables was not up to the mark, may be there were a lot of people. Otherwise it was a good experience.

I have been many hotels but this one is the best so far. We had so much fun with kids as here is a great pool area. Also evening restaurants are providing good food and drinks. Breakfast was really good. Overall staying here was worth of money and more. Well done Hyatt!

Outstanding hotel, 2nd visit here in as many years. Service is exceptional, staff are even better. Courtesy upgrade to Creek room view given and special treat to celebrate birthday and wedding anniversary events. Absolutely awesome!!

The entire hotel staff make an effort to ensure a truly unique and memorable customer experience and that is why we returned again so soon. Great to see so many same staff here as last trip and even better that they remembered our last visit too.

10 minutes to Dubai airport and under half hour to Dubai marina - great hotel location! See you soon again, Grand Hyatt Hotel Resort Dubai!!!

It is actually more of a resort with many facilities like kids water-park many swimming pools, restaurants & shops. Huge parking lots and free valet for residents. The missing star is for the average quality and taste of the food.
Front desk and housekeeping keeping are great.

Brilliant ambience. Sufficient parking spaces. I did not dine here so I wouldn't comment on the food. I did go to the bar. Pleasant and warm approach by the bartenders and waiters.

Grand Hyatt Dubai provides all the luxury that we needed for a great holiday. The whole grand hyatt team are excellent. All staff are very welcoming and down to earth. The club creek view family room was superb and we had the best service from the Grand Club lounge everyday. The kids had a lovely time in all the swimming pools and we all had great fun and the best holiday. We definitely highly recommend Grand Hyatt Dubai and we will surely go back again.

Visited this Hotel for dinner at The Collective...a multi themed cuisine restaurant. So you had Italian, Lebanese, Indian and Continental fare at different stalls. Plus a Dessert station. Food quality was verty good. Service needs a little improvement. But the restaurant location in a Rain Forest setting was a major attraction. See pics posted.

Sad to see the decline of what used to be one of my favourite places to dine out or even just have a coffee. Sad that the standards have dropped this much. I hate to rate Manhattan Grill here but this has been one of the disappointing declines in the hotel. The restaurant used to be fabulous. Now, except the hostess, everything else was drab. The chef seriously has issues with cooking and getting their meat rogjt and to top it off they wouldn't even bother to discuss how badly they had messed up my steak. Oh well. Better to let the absence of people there be their wake up call.

It's a luxury 5 star hotel to your expectations.
The service was good and staff were excellent. They do speak both Arabic and English!
The rooms are bit small but that's because they want to squeeze as much rooms as they can to make money.
I love the breakfast buffet, they go lots of options and food is tasty!
The rooms are not very sound proof as we can hear some noises!
It was expensive but what do you expect from a luxury hotel?
Will stay again!

I had a terrible experience with this hotel
Service delivery is pathetic. The staff are not friendly and have no motivation to give high quality service. The food is also not good. The variety is very limited despite being continental. The ambience of the hotel gets a thumbs up especially the rooms facing the creek. Everything else is a big thumbs down.

A very nice hotel to stay in. Very nice ambience. Rooms are spacious and the facilities very good. Buffet Breakfast served has a lot of varieties. Staff is courteous. Wifi available in each room. Shall stay there again.

This hotel is not like any hotel I’ve stayed at. First of all this is a five star hotel and the room was KWD 77 per night which is a very good price. The reception/lobby is very luxurious and has an outstanding interior. Not to mention the room which was as equally lavish. Very sleek design. The breakfast area is impressive. Huge variety of options. They even have a pancake and waffle station! I’m telling you, this is the hotel you want to rave about to your friends when you go on holiday !

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! Most of all me and my family appreciated the breakfast. You could have almost anything made fresh for you; crêpes with strawberries, omelets...The rooms are very nice and the pool area is good. Nice and helpful staff. Great service.

Be careful if you are going to choose this hotel and you need them to process a visa to go to Dubai for you. They will double charge and when you ask why they simply do not well explain and are rude and unprofessional. I show them receipts and emails they sent me about the payment and they still do not care. Also if you pay for the visa processing they put an extra charge of $1,363.00 against your card. Fortunately American Express will take care of this. However, it is very unpleasant to find out that they try to still money from their own customers by doubling charging. I will never come back to a hotel like this.

Great hotel, excellent service, good location. Two pools, indoor one large for laps etc. Out door one, sprawling, with mini Water Park, great for kids and relaxing. Many restaurants, Indian, Italian, Vietnamese and more , big gym, top notch Spa, and grooming spots. This hotel, really takes care of your every need, politely and patiently. A "Must Stay" Hotel.

The rooms are exquisite, the bathrooms are spacious. The breakfast dining area promises one of the most varied and luxurious options imaginable. It's also right near an indoor man-made pond and stream with fishes, giving the feeling of dining outdoors.

One of my favourite F & B locations in the world. The breakfast and dinner buffets are absolutely correct. For anyone with a lifestyle disease , this is the buffet to go to because you have so much variety and choice to meet your dietary needs.

Contacted the hotel today with regard to a booking made by company. They have stated that there is a room booked for me for two days. I have asked her for a twin room since my son will be with me. Then I asked is there an extra cost for twin room? This is how she answered " of course there is!!!" The cost is not much at all and I fully understand the restrictions however the receptionist answered my query in a very rude manner that I decided to cancel my booking. Staff needs more training on how to answer queries in a welcoming way.
Of the record I have been in this hotel before.

The hotel in general is awesome. Very friendly staff from the reception to the club lounge. Everyone was amazing, giving you smile and greet you all the time with a smile. Nice location and they have a huge swimming and mini bushes with great landscape. The pool is always full I suggest that you come early whenever you can to get the best sun spot. I like their Italian restaurant and the noodle house. Highly recommended hotel! You will truly experience the real hospitality.

Superb hotel. Excellent staff, lovely grounds with pools and gardens. Metro close by but a longer ride and poss a line change for many newer malls and attracions. Slightly dated hotel but still extremely livable and a good choice. Very child friendly.

Good five star hotel. Many on-site facilities and restaurants. Great spa, great gym that's well equipped. Indoor lap pool and hot tub. Large outdoor pool. Kids pool and club. Rooms are spacious. We got one of the newly refurbished ones. The finish was not quite great. Missing razor socket in bathroom, half stocked mini bar, bath plug did not seal, shower door did not quite close. All in all a good hotel, well equipped, staff are very friendly and polite and helpful. Many different nationalities stay here. Poolside bar/diner was overpriced. Would probably stay again.

Vast place. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable. Lots of fun activities to enjoy. Relaxing steam, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. Breakfast is worth getting up early in the morning. Definitely a place to stay at when visiting Dubai.
