  Love the Zumba instructor. The classes are excellent in general. Good sized gym. Mixed male and female. Night times tend to be more male rush hour and mornings more female. Quietest time is 1-4pm

  Good gym offering you a range of options for a workout. The company is located in various locations throughout Dubai allowing you to access them when in different areas. There is a juice bar allowing you to get fresh juices for after/during your workout. Gym can get very busy during peak hours.

  Front desk/receptionist is just terrible. Classes literally have no breaks in-between, you have to rush. The classes are overcrowded. Membership is expensive.

  It's in a good location on the palm. It's a well equipped gym with classes as well. If you need instruction or a personal training expect to pay good money for it. Membership fees are only to use the gym and classes.

  I like the location of this Gym , I am a member and its very convenient for the palm community with so many shops around , Easy parking with the huge underground parking there , trainers and classes are available at the gym , The only thing I miss is the nutritionist , They promised to have one , but not yet

  Big place with indoors and outdoors work out area. Modern and clean machines. Plenty of cardio machines.

  This is a much needed gym for the Palm Jumeriah community. However, its not a very good gym.
  
  The Good: The gym has a fair number of powered machines, decent changing rooms and showers.
  The Bad: Free Weight area is too small, lacks a lot of the equipment that other fitness first gyms have, no swimming pool (still have to pay platinum price). Too focused on getting patrons on a personal training program.
  The Ugly: leaking AC's a constant problem, needs to stop allowing group training sessions to be conducted outside a classroom. The group usually "reserves" open areas and cardio machines.
  
  Overall, needs improvement but at least the palm has a gym
