  It's a nice place for a great workout. I'm currently a member here and I don't think i'll be switching gyms soon. The equipment and weights are proper. The trainers are good, cooperative. They have lockers, and shower and changing rooms facility.

  Horrible Martial Arts place, only one arena and very limited amout of martial arts offered. Half the trainers don't speak proper english and their performance and training methods are horrible, hygiene wise, it's not too shabby but not the best, if you want to learn martial arts, I would recommend going to Team Nogueira. All the martials arts are trained in one small and confined area with space barely able to hold 10 people, or even less.
