These people are shame to all Americans.They are awhole bunch traitors who are doing absolutely nothing but harming this country by extending bigotry and haters overseas. Don't care much about personal hygiene and they speak english with an accent.

No easy way to contact them. When you call they ask you to email your inquiry but They don't respond to the emails altough they promise they will get back in 3-4 business days . I have been waiting for months to setup appointment. So terrible.

As a US citizen it's a shame to have such an unorganized embassy here.
I've been enquiring for weeks about how to pay the US govt from here (for the i-130 fee) and the embassy keeps bouncing me back and forth between the Citizens Unit & the Immigrant Visas unit, with both sides claiming they can't help me and I should contact the other.
As others have noted, contacting the embassy by phone is utterly useless as it's a 100% automated system. So I've had to show up in person just to reach through a barrier to talk to a human on the phone, only for them to tell me "send the other team an email." But all of my 5 emails have gone unanswered, to which the anonymous human advises, "send another one, they get lots of emails."
If this embassy were a business, it would've been forced to shut down a long time ago.response / report this review -

Please please please tell us how we can contact you if we have very emergency on our case when there is no way to talk to you on the phone , and nobody responds our e_mails.I changed my parents interview post from somewhere els to Abudhabi because my mother had a good experience in Dubai befor, but everything is disappointing me here now😓

My husband and I had an interview in April 2015 for our immigrant visa. I got mine immediately, but his case is still under administrative processing! I tried hard to build a valuable network to start our life in the US. But we have no estimate when my husband can join me. We've been far from each other for a year and half that was the hardest time for us.
It's very frustrating receiving the same response from the embassy every time. I love the United States’ family orientated culture and I hope the embassy staff helps us to reunite as soon as possible.response / report this review -

The only embassy in Abu Dhabi with protocol and extra tight security. Visa process is very simple and easy and guided.
