Easy to locate 👍👍👍
Bad costumer service, I had pity on myself when I went for my passport renewal, had to spend almost the entire day there plus I was charged an extra money just for the application online.
Just on 28 Feb 2018, I went there to get a document (police report) notorized, they came up with there corrupt minds, extort from me as well as other citizens. It was supposed to be just 100aed and was to be done that day. But the criminals in the name of staffs charged me 200aed, saying it is EXPRESS (Urgent). They also said if i have to pay just 100aed, I would have to go and come back after 15days to get my doc (police report).
We know attesting a document in that embassy dose not take more that 2hrs, as a matter of fact, this is my second time going there to get a doc attested.
There is nothing like sending a police report to Nigeria and bringing it back to UAE before it be attested.
There is nothing like EXPRESS in attesting a police report in that embassy.
But corruption runs in their blood.
They will extort from their citizens, but never from a foreigner here in Abu Dhabi UAEresponse / report this review -

Please you guys should do something about the banks refusing to open account for Nigerians. Nigerians can’t be working here and the banks refuse to open account for us. My guess is because of the bad experience they had with Nigerians taking huge loans and fleeing the country. There are ways I believe this issue can be curbed than simply refusing to open account for those working here. I believe it’s the job of the ambassador to address this issue. Thanks.

Quite a nice place with big space and free access road, easy to locate. Need to improve more on answering calls and inquiries. A little cheerful positive attitude and politeness from the front line workers will be much appreciated.

Bad experience with the customer service!!!they cant help you with anything. I called this morning 31/07/2016 to make an enquiry but the lady that pick up the call seems she got no knowledge of her job, she sound so rude , i believe a customer service should be full of life but she spoke to me like she was on phone with an enemy with a very low voice despite the fact that i requested for her to speak louder all she could say is that i can't speak louder than this cause i work in an office .😯😮
Kindly work on your staffs especially the girl on the duty this morning , she is not meant to handle the phone .
