  I went there to apply for the visa and it was closed and asked me to go to a different building. Vfs global. Which i need to pay for the service charge. The lady in the intercom is very rude when answering questions

  Most helpful staff, smiling, not like any other embassy i went to, this experience will stick to my mind. Thanks to the lady with short blond hair for the help. 5 stars

  could someone please explain to me that when the recording says to press 1 for English,, 2 for Nederlands etcit does not allow to do that.all it does is that the recording carries on with the same message continously
