Very unprofessional staff, they have nothing to do with with the art of hotelery . Mainly the Egyptian manager , he is there for nothing. He knows how to talk only to prostitues who come for a night . But with respectful people, he is so indifferent. I have come there many times for work as I moved from Dubai and I can't drive at night. But really disappointed with the poor customer service. The only good thing about this hotel is its location only.

Accesible place and clean room. But they dont allow visitors of hotel guests to come up the room.

Good place at the heart of the amezing city of Dubai. The rooms are good and the you can book in advance or even at once. Their service is good with well behaved employees. The aitport is just 7 minutes away from it. The popular Deira city centre takes abour 10 minutes to resch. They serve morning breakfast but the foods were not do good. They have a small rooftop swimming pool which I did not like!

Poor sanitation. Bathroom sink unclean from previous guests. Bed is too old to feel the spring on your back while sleeping. Foam furniture needs replacement too dirty.
