I would highly recommend this property to everyone form individuals to family. Great staff, very helpful, courteous and always willing to help with a smile. Amazing options for food and beverage catering to every taste. Although i did not do any water sports but they have everything available on resort. Rooms were nice and bright with all the amenities you needed. Great High speed WiFi throughout the resort. Would definitely visit again.

I stayed for weekend 27.-29.05.2021. in this hotel with my family. Actually, still here while writing. I am really disappointed. Though hotel itself is very good, rooms are spacious, etc. but hotel facilities like pools and beach are not sized for hotel guests capacity. All places are overcrowded. People swimming in pools are hitting each other. Actually it's not possible to swim, you can dip yourself in pool only. There is one pool for adults only, no kids allowed, and seems it's not crowded, but I hate such approach by hotel management discriminating families with kids. While at beach, you will feel like you are at car racing track. 5 to 10 jet skis and few speed boats driving close to swimming area and making noise noise continuously. Sea is very shallow and all jet skis and boats make sea water with floating sand and muddy. If you are looking for nice and quite stay with your family and you are fan of swimming in the sea avoid this place.

A good stay overall resort is quite spread out, a lot of amenities including 7 swimming pools (2 for kids), water sports, kids play area. Rooms are nice and spacious. We had taken a sea view but realized that garden view is better as you can directly go out from the balcony to the pool area. Great spread for breakfast but dinner was disappointing for vegetarians like us. Good experience overall.

Went with family, including 2 kids. Staff and service is their strong point. Very friendly and accommodating. With more than 5 pools in the resort, you will never feel that the place is packed with people. There is also a lot of choice when it comes for dining. We were not particularly happy with the buffet dinner that was served at Al Marjan simply because it lacked choice and they ran out of the popular items fast.

It’s a decent hotel especially for families with small kids as they have a lot of activities and pools and a “ water park” kind of area. They have many pools as well as an adult only pool which is good for those who don’t have kids.
As a Gold member, they said they upgraded us to a “ bay view” room which had a balcony and a nice view of the sea. However, we discovered later, they upgraded everyone we knew, so it was disappointing that they did not offer a suite considering our loyalty. Anyways, the room was very nice. However, the neighbours were very noisy and kept pushing furniture around.
Breakfast was served at our table and was generous with unlimited portions.
All in all, worth a visit especially for younger couples and families with children.response / report this review -

Beautiful place to visit. It's really a peaceful place and mind refreshing environment over there.nice walking track and playing area for kids. There are hotels there to stay at nights. If you want to make cooking and wish to do BBQ outside with family and friends it's really nice place. Good place for camping at sea shore.

Not really "all inclusive" please read the welcome letter. Unlike any other all inclusive places we have stayed at, here if you book a dinner in one of the restaurants, you only get a discount
Not a free meal like elsewhere.
4 or 5 different level of "all inclusive" what??
We have been hit by a nice little bill.
Apart from that the place is really good for families. Weather is perfect. Swimming pools are really nice.
You can have alcoholic drinks after 12am.
Food is plentiful and decent.
Just do check that everything you get and eat are included in your band

The management and organization of the hotel is the worst I've experienced in a long time! I had items left with reception for me and I was told they didn't have it, which they did only after I had spent nearly an hour driving to my friends house who had my items originally. Massive miscommunication between management and staff for an event I was attending and it seemed no one from staff knew what was what or where to direct the other guest. Other guest where given the wrong room upon their arrival, though they already paid. And the cost was ridiculous, not even an all inclusive and it cost more then most of the all inclusive hotels in the area! Based off my experience I would highly recommend you save your money and stay somewhere else. However, on a positive note the food and beverage staff were all very polite and helpful!

Hi All am staying in Room number 2612 currently and the staff in all area from swimming pool, restaurants, bars to receptionist are all very good. I would recommend more people to come.
The best thing is they greet u with saying good morning before u say to them . They are well groomed and have very good hospitality.
Am trying to stay one more day.

We stayed for 2 nights, it's our company picnic. We liked the place very much. Sea view from the balcony is amazing. Lot of fun activities and water sports available. If you are a South Indian you may feel difficulty in finding suitable food otherwise you can enjoy all other kind of varieties.

DoubleTree is a wonderful hotel to stay. It gives lot of individual space for us. The concept of the hotel being like villas and a fantabulous view to every individual room is an awesome thing. The private beach is great and the rides they provide are worth trying. In my stay, I found the food only below the mark. Ambience, service and everything is good. Food is having lot of varieties but taste wise it's just an OK. So my suggestion is choose your Menu carefully.

We booked room on new year eve. Hotel was busy, reception girl act unprofessional and instead of giving us good mood of holidays she gave us bad attitude. The rest of staff in the hotel were friendly. My family, we are vegetarians. We didn't find much to eat in dinner buffet, in general food was very poor and no choices at all! Breakfast wasn't that bad, but the place for breakfast was in restaurant which is they probably forgot to clean. We couldn't continue with this hotel, and have to leave to find better place to continue our new year holidays.

A wonderful getaway experience you can find at this hotel, far away from home and noise and traffic, where you can enjoy relaxation and swimming after a long week of work and stress.
The hotel located too near to the beach and far away from the noise.
Many activities can be don at the beach and it is perfect for groups to enjoy a wonderful weekend.

A nice hotel with great views and some very tasty food. Only niggles - the pool was absolutely full of kids (not great when you're bunching) and they got weird about drinks after 4pm (long wait at the bar, only one per person) even though we had paid for an additional hour for brunch. Overall a decent experience though.

Rooms are clean, very good size rooms and washroom. A lot of pools to choose from, kids will enjoy. Needs to improve the cleanliness of the kids pools. Check the rooms near the kids area if you are booking for family. This was not discuss to us from the reception when they change our room for early check in.

Stayed in your lovely hotel with my husband last week for 3 days to escaped hassle and bustle of Dubai. Indeed a relaxing little holiday. Kudos to those working in the lobby lounge very accommodating your smiles made us come every night for a drink.And to Aubrey for her warm welcome along with the warm chocolate chip cookies. We will definitely recommend this hotel. 👌

Great bedroom with good views. Clean, modern and comfortable. Room service was super quick and food tasty. Breakfast was very busy each morning but I guess it is a resort full of families. Gym is good too however too small for the number of guests in the resort.

We have a beach access house - it has been extremely spacious and quite surprising luxurious - the access to the beach and own area pool made life so convenient. It also had outside sitting area with a garden quite unusual for UAE to see. Hotel is well maintained - everyone is looked after. All inclusive package is a must have. There is plenty of places to eat or drink through the day and night saving fortunes. One regret - that we didn't upgrade to the highest all inclusive VIP level with free room service and extras. Besides that I would be back and I hope I will be. Worth the whole trip. And by the way it's just round the corner from Dubai not such a long drive. Catch standard taxi will cost you quarter of what black cabs will charge.

I believe it's a great family escape outside Dubai. The rooms are quite spacious and the service was good and prompt. I took a ground level room meters away from the pool which was an amazing for the kids. Pools were guarded all times and very clean. Food was nice, but so busy in the morning, yes, you wait in a long line for some time, yet, the staff were so friendly and super fast in their service, like 'Berna' with the big smile on her face all the time. Vlada was their manager and I believe she's great because it shows in their attitude..

Food is appalling, we found the buffet to be the only place to eat as we had to send our meals back both times we tried the main paid for costly dinning experience and my partner was ill after eating there the second time.
I asked if it was the first night they had opened as you could clearly see it was a shambles in the kitchen; turns out it's 3 years they have been serviced g food for.
My two children felt they had little to on two nights zero choice for food.
The rooms are of a good standard until you have one room for 2 adults and 2 kids. They put up a sofa bed having a mattress on it with springs poking through and only 2 inches deep. My kids would not even sleep on it and they sleep anywhere.
We wanted to book two rooms but they would not guarantee interconnecting rooms which is terrible considering my girls are 11 and 7, i could just imagine them over the other side of the hotel And it would have happened now seeing how this place is run.
It was very understaffed during our visit and we would not recommend staying here even if you are on a tight budget.
All in all I think Hilton should be embarrassed about this hotel. It could be fantastic but some of the major points about a family's holiday have been truly forgotten.response / report this review -

Great value. If returning I think I'd go for the all-inclusive. Plenty of Germans, Russians and Brits getting stuck in! Lovely breakfast and great kids activities from morning til late. In fact, it's one of the most kid-friendly places I've stayed. Recommend.

Simply loved the place. Welcome with the warm signature cookie. Comfortable clean rooms with beautiful view of the sea. Lots of activities both for adults and children. Excellent breakfast buffet..complimentary drinks and cookies at the reception. Good friendly staff

Nice rooms, good views, the swimming pools are also really nice. There is good entertainment in the evenings with women singing and dancing. However, service in eg. Restaurants could be improved and it would be nice to have more than 2 towels and some shower gel when new guests arrive (room for 4 had just 2). There is also a lot for children to do - playground, water slides
