Just 2 days ago, we visited Hilton Al Hamra "pizza festival",.Food was amazing, fresh and tasty. So much choice and service was undoubtedly faultless. Especially big thanks to the Denis and Nitin for excellent service.

Overall experience was a 4/5 stars. We spent two nights during the past spring break and was welcomed to a lovely Vila room at beach front. The beach was wonderfully clean and the children loved it along with the pools.

At check-in the receptionist wasn't the friendliest but I've had worse. Breakfast is the main reason for not giving 5 stars due to these simple facts: limited options, the warmers didn't exactly kept the food warm, pancakes were not exactly fluffy but the omelette station was awesome! Room service was promptly delivered and anything else that was asked for, such as ice.

Besides those few negatives, we would definitely return and recommend this Hilton as a short vacation destination within the Emirates. Easy, short drive from all emirates.

Duration; 2 days on the Easter Weekend 2018. 2 Adults and 2 Kids on half board. Total spend U$ 1,100.
Nice property and layout and beach. However our experience was not something to write home about.
Positives:
* the staff, when available, were very friendly and helpful. Thats where it ended.
Challenges:
* we called room services 6 times through our stay and connected only once. Response time to get extra towels 2 hours. Shampoo, never came; leak in the toilet ceiling, never attended.
* the breakfast & lunch served at the restaurant was sub standard. Variety was non existant and quality was 2 star.
Just not a Hilton experience! Try the Waldorf Astoria down the road for a true 5 star treatment.

An amazing getaway from Dubai. It's only an hours drive and the beach is gorgeous and clean. The hotel is spread out over a vast area and has little Villa buildings which also have rooms in. The hotel is gorgeous, has a well equipped gym and nice pools. The staff are friendly - we had wonderful house keeping through Saraj. Laid the bed in a beautiful fashion using petals. Hamra has plenty going on with a mall close by. 10 minute walk and you can find a Spinneys bottle shop along with a supermarket adjoined to the mall. Overall a great escape from Dubai and we will be back.

They have a long spotless private beach. We were welcomed to a spacious modern villa for our room. Their staff, from the managers to the lifeguards are super polite, helpful and approachable. Wide selection of food and beverages at the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. Their gardens are well manicured and pavements spotless. Can't find any point of criticism for this hotel.

Excellent resort for family stay. We stayed there on 25 and 26 Jan for my daughter's birthday. We had just casually informed the reception abt her birthday. But the reception surprised us by providing a surprise cake and some fruits in the room. Wow
Also excellent customer service provided by Hari Govind from Pool bar. We would rate this service 9/9. He is asset to the hospitality industry, hardly see such enthusiastic employees around these days..
Overall a very good resort stay. The food department needs to.improve. Hopefully that will be better next time we visit.

It's nice place to go out for some food or drinks usually not to busy. On Thursday's they have ladies night with DJ with 3 free drinks each lady .It's good fun..

I don't like it anymore. Artificial beach and too big, too far to reach the waves. It's now a typical all inclusive hotel. Food is sosolala. At least they have Swiss Movenpick ice cream. forget about it and, if you can afford, book the Waldorf Astoria next door

We loved it here. The weather was superb obviously the sea was like a warm bath. The beach was quiet which was good and very hot 40-43 deg late August.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was excellent with a sea view. Food in the all-inclusive was superbly cooked and presented but a little short on variety for the meat for those used to European all inclusive, that said the helpful staff would get à la carte food prepared for you for little or no cost on request.
For lunch you can use the Le Chalet beach/pool bar/restaurant, the staff here were friendly and helpful and the Calamari is to die for.
Overall recommended (if you like it hot)

Very nice hotel, sometimes strange festivals like the bierfest where hardly people attended. But restaurants are fine, nice buffet, service staff could be more attentive sometimes but overall it was fine. Beach was lovely, pool was clean. Pretty good location for holidays and good escape from cold European temperatures

In this hotel there are two choices of two places to stay ie hotel rooms and bungalows for families.
Then the prepared theme is also different, there is a classic and modern
Room size is very large and comfortable, especially for the direction of the sea view there is a balcony to enjoy the atmosphere of the bay.
For a modern and classic separate place.
Unfortunately when we booked 4 rooms got a place in both areas so far apart and difficult to assemble.
The arrangement of the hotel is quite classy and the store is very comfortable comparable with the price offered. The facilities are quite complete, there is a swimming pool in two different locations. We can enjoy the beach directly and rest in the shelter while enjoying the scenery. The food menu in the restaurant is quite varied and there is a bar for drinks lovers. The waiters are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are big n cozy with amazing bathroom. Just outside we had our own small yard. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are amazing. Loved each part.

This is a good venue let down by terrible service - staff are, in equal parts, rude and incompetent Reaching someone on any of the customer service numbers will become the highlight of your day unfortunately, even then, promises are almost consistently ignored don't bother waiting for a buggy and don't expect relaxation at the spa. Best is to hide away in your room and hope for it all to end.

5 star hotel. Beachfront views. Lots of things to do there. Mall close by with restaurants to eat at.

Friendly service, nice breakfast area, but the rooms should be modernised and resized. They could make more rooms of better quality instead of big room with average quality.
One warning: Don't eat at the Mai Thai lounge restaurant. High price and really low quality.
Instead go to the golf club on the other side and eat in the first cafe/restaurant on right, when you enter the golf center. Average prices, but high quality food.
