Brilliant hospitality. Greeted at the door, and they took my luggage to my room for me. Spacious room and excellent service. Can't complain. And the hotel is only about 5-8 minutes drive from the Dubai mall.

Went to this hotel on a recommendation from my brother & I was not disappointed. Location was fantastic with ease of access to the Dubai Mall & City Walk within Dubai amongst other places. The metro station is literally a couple of mins walk. The service by the staff here was fantastic upon arrival through to my departure. 4 star rating would have been 5 but this is down to the WiFi coverage within the hotel which was very poor, especially being very high up on the Sky View Rooms. Hopefully this will be rectified on my next stay in Dubai.

Excellent placed. Rooms are splendid. Nice views if you are lucky to had a room in top floors. Sunset and night views of the city are awesome. Definitely good value for money. Breakfast is really good but crowded so get up from bed early early bird gets the worm

You can't beat the location of this place. It's right next to the metro. Hotel is alright. Good size room, clean. I stayed at 4th floor and paid extra for BK view. It was a good view cos I could see BK and the sun rise from the other window. They have a fridge, small kitchenette. Staff is very helpful and kind.

Great place only 3 minutes far from a metro station. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is plentiful and well cooked. The staff kind and everytimes helpful. Good experience to repeat.

I would have imagined a different place. The pool is nothing special. The personnel is very kind. The room service is very good. It was very disappointing to me to realize that it wasn't possible to seek live European football on TV. Last year I was in Dubai in a different hotel close to it, at the same price I had live football from Europe, a bigger room and a better swimming pool.

Rose Rayhaan, located on Sheikh Zayed Road, and the second tallest hotel in the World , I find the architectural cap quietly interesting and the fact that it achieved the second highest hotel building in the world intriguing.

The complexity of the design and construction isn’t overly difficult, but still renders something to the viewer. I like the slightly overstated, but modern look. The facade is too much for anywhere else I would suggest, but fits the Emirate perfectly.

The tower was originally to be 380m but design modification reduced it to 333m. with 482 rooms, suites and penthouses in December 2009.

Rose Rayhaan by Rotana launched a new programme for business travellers, ‘hotel within a hotel’ Club Rotana, with cocktail reception recently held at the Club Rotana lounge. This concept offers special services to travellers, including return airport transfer to/from Dubai International Airport Terminal 1, 2 and 3, complimentary use of the meeting room on the club floor, complimentary Internet access (in-room and in the lounge), private reception with an express checking-in/checking-out facility, late check-out at 2pm, deluxe in-room amenities and complimentary access to a dedicated Club Rotana Lounge from 7am-11pm.

The hotel provides free shuttle service to outlet mall , Mall of Emirates, kite beach and many business centres around !! Which saves a lot on the commute , else the metro station is just 2 minutes away . So everything is easily accessible.

Everything at Rose Rayhaan is well done. I like their location, food and services. The staff are very helpful tooo. If you like to stay on higher floors then be prepared for the picturesque view . Totally recommended for anyone who wants a stress free environment at an affordable price. In conclusion, guests get more than what they're paying for

One of the best business hotels I have ever stayed in. Breathtaking views of Dubai downtown from the room. Easiest connectivity with a metro station right outside the hotel. Complimentary shuttles to malls. Amazing staff

Excellent management and staff. Details are everything: this hotel has all the necessary for toiletry. Rooms are clean with outstanding views and the staff is very helpful.One of the hotel in Dubai with the best facilities ( ladies will love it).They even have a hair saloon 🙂.The breakfast is good..they have a real business center.close of the metro station. If you scared of heights better request a mid floor unit. Be patient at the reception because is always crowded, parking is a bit rough but they have a valet service

Situated next to Financial Metro station, easy to commute around the city. Place is well known to all the cab drivers.
Staff is very helpful and some times they the extra mile to keep you delighted all the time.

Stunning!!!! Not a bad thing to say about this hotel. It offered everything I wanted and then some. I also got a room on one of the higher floors by special request and it was well worth it. The view was wonderful! There are always stunning sunsets here. Breathtaking! Awesome staff, clean rooms, excellent service.

I can't even fault this hotel. The staff were extremely amazing, and they were ever so happy to help. Always replacing toiletries and bottled water in the room every morning as I and my husband were on a half board basis. The food was absolutely amazing too as there was a variety to pick from, their pineapples were out of this world sweet. I can highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

This hotel was the best hotel I stayed on Dubai. The staff were very friendly and the view from the 45th floor was astonishing. Everything you need is few steps away from the hotel, grossaries, coffee shop, metro station, pharmacies, restaurants.. etc

Love this Rose Tower Rotana. I stayed at all Rotana hotels in Dubai and this is becoming one of my favorites. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is very cozy. Recommended.

The hotel is located on Sh Zayed Road on a service road. Provides easy entry and exit from Sh Zayed Road. The hotel is typically a business hotel and remains busy because of its location. Food and service are good. Staff are helpful. The top floors room windows provide a magnificent view of Burj Khalifa and other city landmarks.

Phenomenal stay here. The hotel is easily accessible to the metro, which can take you to the all major attractions and even the airport. Taxis are readily available the moment you step foot out of the door. There are lots of places to eat near by, but by far dinner at the hotels petals restaurant was the best. The tourism desk was excellent, make sure to book the desert tour. Perfect for families because there is no bar or casino in the hotel. Make sure to book of the rotana website if you want complimentary wifi. Will be returning in the future. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Really nice hotel and nice staff. If you need to print they can do it for you for no extra charge. It was also my mum's birthday and they were kind enough to leave her a card, cake and apples in the room as a gift. The downside is that there is no free wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby area. Requested an extra bed in the room and they did it no problem. Also at a very good location, just 1 minute walk from the nearest metro and Dubai mall is not far.
