Mixed feelings. When you're there in person, the service depends on the window you get. I've had interactions with selfless staff members who helped us out even when some of our documents were incomplete. At the same time, in the next window, another couple were facing the same issues but the person wasn't helping them. I find that the service has been acceptable at least, and amazing on some occasions.

As for any attempt to get answers via phone or email, that's when things fall apart. There's no proper answering machine or system to address phone calls. Unfortunately, the location of the consulate means that you can't simply drop by every time you have a question that isn't answered on the website.

Don't put a phone number if no one picks up the phone I've been calling for ages and sending e-mails but no one responds , needless to mention that the website is prmitive and basic and isn't informative and interactive at all. This is shameful and disappointing

NEVER answered to any of the calls.what a big shame. My family and i wanted to take a vacation to Lebanon so i called to ask some important questions but obviously no answer. so we booked our vacation to a different country. Honestly they dont even deserve that one star but too bad i can't give 0. you should be embarrassed by ignoring people and not giving any attention .

The Level of service at the embassy is surprisingly good! the staff are very helpful and are really there to serve you. Very impressed by the way things are run and the order a the embassy.
Yet they need to improve their call system and get a decent staff member to answer calls to facilitate the paper work of Lebanese citizens.
