Need to improve workers knowledge and working qualities. Slow and sloppy works. Not perfessional at all, the staffs dont know the details of regulations, I had to tell them, and show them how does it work. Seriously?! Workers need to be trained better. They made a mistake on my document ,but they only apologized it because after we filed complaints. They keep denying it or pushing it to others. We don’t live in Dubai, it takes 14 hours to travel ( one way) to here, does it sound right : “ just come here anytime to do it again”?!! And travel to here for the 3rd time on the same mistake that you guys made?!! No Way! One word to your office “SUCKS”!
F.Y.I. get some knowledge about political taboos. Taiwan is not China, need special visa to go to China. China doesn't handle any official documents between Iran and Taiwan. So, don’t ask me to go to Beijing or Shanghai to do my documents again.response / report this review -
