  Very poor service and unreliable security guards. Poor customer service, those guards who don’t care and don’t value our time.
  
  This was my 2nd time trying my luck and to waste my time waking up early to be on the first lucky 30 applicants to be accepted in a day.
  
  On the 1st try, when I arrived at 750 AM theres a lot of people queuing at gate of korean embassy in jumeirah. Then, 1 security guard explained to all of us that no chance for today as they are taking only 30 applicants per day, this is clear but not acceptable (comparing to Japan embassy/consulate and comparing to Japan Visa application procedure way too far). There’s a lot of people waiting and hoping that they can extend the lucky 30 applicants, but no chance. I heard people coming from a different part of UAE like Abudhabi, Sharjah, Ajman etc those people who shouldn’t wasted their time if you only have a booking system online. Those people who put an effort just to complete all the requirements and hoping to have a glimpse of your beautiful country. Then the security guard approached us again and gave us an instruction to come back tomorrow, earlier than 8AM to be on the list. And then, the next day I arrived at 645 AM, no queue but there are already 50 applicants on the list, this is very unacceptable you wasted my time again. And people start coming (those people I saw from yesterday) and enquiring if they can be on the list again and a security guard (different guard, not from yesterday) no chance for today, you can come back and list your name at 12 MN. Seriously??? As if we are begging, actually thats how it looks we are begging to be part of the “lucky 30”. Is this a talent show on a tv or an apple shop that you need to bring your tent and sleep over in front of the gate just to be on the list. Do we really need to be there at 12 MN, do these people really deserve to be treated this way? Nah, i don’t think so i’d better go back to Japan and spend the summer there with no queues, no hassle, no booking online but very organised and very accommodating.
  
  I just noticed that you already have a booking system, writing down the names of applicants in a used A4 size paper provided by your very helpful security guards. Just a suggestion, please improve it as we are now living in a digital world please implement an online booking system. As there’s a lot of people who wants to get a visa and visit your beautiful country having an an online booking system helps us saving the time.
  
  Lets not waste time, we don’t have a lot!

  Horrible waste of time, since 7 am I was waiting, and my turn didn't come till 11:45, only one counter for foreigners and one of the slowest worker ever, really I hate how people's time belittled by Impudent policy and rules.

  Opening hour 9 am but 8am no token. Only 50 people per day.

  high season for applicants ..Went to apply today but as early as 2am people were on queue already and 30 tokens given to those who came so early before 6am i hope they have an appointment system wherein all applicants will have a confirmed time of appointment..otherwise all efforts are wasted..left my office work to apply . . imagine going all the way, and you have not accomplished anything.. ..i hope and pray they improve on this so we can visit Korea the easiest way on peak period

  Quite , efficient and helping! Also you need to keep change in your pocket as sometimes they dot have change. They don't accept Credit cards.
