The car we rented was great — clean, what we booked, and easy to pick up. Dropping the car off was incredibly easy and the staff went the extra mile to be helpful though the entire rental. Great experience.

update Feb. 27th.
I still have not got any money!! just got an approved document to pay that money to but till now did not receive any penny!
and my emails have not been answered.
I am wondering if you have spent my money to celebrate your 10th turn.
I would like to close this act therefore I am asking you to send the desposit amount me.
DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! I am still waiting for my deposit money since 3 months. I have written a lot of emails: to marketing, to Jeff to customer support and also to the deposit tracker team but withou any result. Just one mail I have got they were asking me fo my bank account and I gave them it but also without any outcome!response / report this review -

Do not use this company, they are scammers with a lot of hidden fees and will force u to pay big amounts for damage u did not do to car

Most unprofessional service company, after 1 month of emails they call about their policy and why my booking is no longer valid leaving me stranded. Please avoid the company as a whole - Dubai has a lot better reliable options to choose from.

Don't trust them. Low quality and old cars, no specifications or extras in the cars. Just plain cars. You pay a lot for nothing. I called them, they promised me a car and then they didn't even have it! They offered a replacing model (very old) while they got the model I asked for. The new car never came. They charged me twice for the rental car (by mistake) and asked me to claim the money back. This money, a month later, has not came yet into my pocket back.

I want my money back. They used my Spanish visa card when I had specifically told them I would make a transfer every month (visa card was just for the deposit). Paying with a foreign visa card is obviously more expensive to me because of international commissions (but they didn't care).
It's taken them ages to give my deposit back.
They also made a "mistake" and charged me twice. Again, I haven't seen my money back, and it's been a month after. Nov 2017. They just keep on saying, write an email, but it's useless.
I'm worried because I've read other reviews and it seems it's a typical procedure. I should have read these reviews before.response / report this review -

I had a wonderful experience, for a first timer with Car Lease, right from enquiry stage till handover. I was well detailed about their charges and policies and valuable suggestions were offered during my booking. The car itself was well maintained and each aspect of it was informed in advance. Reminder calls were given during pickup date and end of the contract date since it was for two weeks duration. They were happy to accommodate discounted vouchers on the stack rates unlike other Rental companies. I would like to deal with them in the future and highly recommend them within my group. I would like to give a special mention to my sales personnel Ms.Arleen (DIFC Branch) who had helped me through my booking.

Carlease - Continuing to Impress! As I wrote about 6 months ago, my initial experience was great. But sustained customer satisfaction is more difficult to achieve after the initial impression and joy of leasing a car wears off. Carlease does it. A few weeks ago the battery in our nice, clean Kia Sportage gave out. After a call to Carlease, the service team came to my apartment, and installed a new battery -- from the call until the gent left was less than 90 minutes -- impressive! Two days ago I turned the car in (heading home on vacation for 4 weeks), will re-lease upon my return (a very nice feature!). The process was quick, efficient and fair. Congrats to the Carlease Team - besides Aquif and Hussain I know there are many others who contribute -- I thank all of you!

After having tried pretty all major and some of the small one for car leasing I have to say Carlease really made my experience hussle free and I'm already renewing my contract with them. Timely and clear services, excellent customer service with a genuine willingness to help. My rep is Aqifh and 5 stars to him especially for being really helpful and going the extra mile and taking quick action.

Aqifh Sheikh has provided me with excellent cars and he is a wonderful representative to work with - he always answers my queries straight away and has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am happy :) I couldn't ask for someone more helpful!
