STAY AWAY!! even 1 star is too much for this amateur, tricky, liar company. I was a lease customer, they replaced my car by lying. They collected my first car for RTA renewal, it was supposed to be returned within a day. When I called them they said they're selling this car, already on sale, i can keep the old, dirty, smelly replacement car as permanent car. I decided to cancel my contract but i had to wait for hours when returning the car, because they lost replacement car's papers. All employees are so rude, ignorant, and don't know what they're doing, they don't know how to communicate. Now it's been 3 months, still they didn't release my deposit even though all bills and early termination penalty fee has been paid. They don't even reply my emails and calls. There are well known car rental companies that offers brand new cars with the same price of car lease, just stay away from them.

Carlease rent out unsafe cars. Do not I repeat NOT chose Carlease as your rental company. The first car i received the tier got flat after driving for 10 min on sheik Zayed, which could have been deadly. Then on my new car the tier is very old and i have to put air almost every week and all experts inducing my friend who is a police is saying that the car rental company have to change it. but they are still stating that the tiers are in good condition. Secondly when I received the car on the 10th August I payed and then again i payed on the 28th August and the company is refusing that i payed double.

They are disrespectful and put people in dangerous. Should be reported asap to the police. Flat tiers on a highway is NOT a joke.

update 16.03.2018 Dear Carlease Team I have written a lot of eMails and set a lot of calls to your customer service but did not get any answer and my calls were always forward to a mail box
I have for the 3rd time asked my bank for any payment of your company but there are no entries about it in the whol bank system.
the document you have sent on Feb 1st doesn't include any confirmation about any payment. It is just printout about an internal transaction with status "Under Process" and without any data about sending bank (your bank).

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! I am still waiting for my deposit money since more than 4 months. I have written a lot of emails, made calls nothing really happen. I got an email on Feb. 1st with transaction details about transferring that amount to my bank account but I have not seen any money till now! I just call the customer service and after I have told that guy about my concern he Forward the call to desposit department it was a mail box
Just to be fairly - I have rent the car at the finance center

I had rented a Hyundai Santa fe for 5 days from car lease discovery gardens. Very good pricing, well maintained neat and clean car, extremely satisfying customer service - Mr . Simon and Mr. Francis. I would easily recommend car lease rental without second thought.

Car Lease on its own are a terrible car rental company. They had a luxurious time with my credit card which was saved on their account. I still haven't received my deposit (been more than 15days) and all the extra charges haven't been accounted for.

I would never recommend Car Lease. I have lived in Dubai all my life and I've seen better ones. Do not fall for Car Lease offers. They are terrible and will come bite you back someway or the other.

My car quality was terrible. I was given a car which had driven 160k+ km. Engine was super noisy.

I would've given negative rating if that were a thing.

Don't trust them. Low quality and old cars, no specifications or extras in the cars. Just plain cars. You pay a lot for nothing. I called them, they promised me a car and then they didn't even have it! They offered a replacing model (very old) while they got the model I asked for. The new car never came. They charged me twice for the rental car (by mistake) and asked me to claim the money back. This money, a month later, has not came yet into my pocket back.

I want my money back. They used my Spanish visa card when I had specifically told them I would make a transfer every month (visa card was just for the deposit). Paying with a foreign visa card is obviously more expensive to me because of international commissions (but they didn't care).
It's taken them ages to give my deposit back.
They also made a "mistake" and charged me twice. Again, I haven't seen my money back, and it's been a month after. Nov 2017. They just keep on saying, write an email, but it's useless.
I'm worried because I've read other reviews and it seems it's a typical procedure. I should have read these reviews before.

Watch out!! They gave me a broken car and they tried me to pay for it. The fuel indicator market always 4, but it was broken. So fuel run out almost right away, as soon as I went out of Carlease and I was in trouble in the middle of the road. Level was still indicating 4. I filled to full the deposit, but it still marked 4.
I went back and it was hard to make them change the car (you cannot drive a car if you don't know how much fuel you still have).
The incredible thing is that they tried to charge me one week after, 60aed in my visa because "the level marked 2. " It was broken! the indicator didn't ever move from 4 I filled full the deposit!! When I gave the car it was still indicating 4.

Company will hold your deposit without any information, for more than 20 working days. Some excuses will be given foe "its for approval" etc. Also very difficult to contact someone as simply phone rings and no one can be bothered to pick up. Overall good rates and decent cars and service (thank you Nikhat) however because of their accounts I will not rent from them ever again.

They kept a copy of my credit card numbers without my knowledge/permission, before the car returning due date in few days they took rental fees for another month without my knowledge and if it wasn't for the bank sms service i wouldn't know about this payment and returned the car like nothing happened, and when i caught them their reason was it is because i didn't reply to their email if i wanted to extend the rental or not, what about phone call ??? U think people check their email 247??? I looked carefully at the terms of condition paper/rules paper , there was no such thing says we will cost you another rental fees if you don't reply to our emails , or at least we will keep a copy of your credit card.

However their other services was fine

I am changing my credit card number soon.

I have never seen such a worst service especially in terms of refunds.

First of all Per day rental charged was 110 Dirhams for Hyundai accent whereas market rate was 90 Dirhams (I'm a tourist to dubai)
Deposit collected was 1500 Dirhams (paid using my USA dollar credit card)

Car returned and I was told that refund will be after 30 business days !!!!
33rd day no refunds received when contacted a mere apology and requested to provide bank details for transferring refunds.
Refund processed was for 1494 Dirhams (where did 6 Dirhams go ? No answer)
Did not get money. After a week when contacted they said bank put on hold since money cannot leave UAE network without aed processing account I never understood.
Neither could transfer to my india account nor to usa account.
They were just silent Stating we can transfer back to local account. As a tourist how will one have local bank account. They would have thought that I will let go.

Luckily my sister lives in Dubai. She managed to get the refund.

Otherwise ? Think before you go.
I found another rental who was very good, professional on all fronts.

Amazing experience, i wont ever deal with any other car rental companies in Dubai and would recommend to my friends and family too..
Professional and excellent customer service, Ms. Nikhat was really helpful and made the process smooth. Mr. Francis who handed over the car is really an expert and knows the car in/out.. the cars are really in good condition.

Not the best customer service. Rude staff. Once rented a vehicle with one if my colleagues from there. Their staff took a long time to do the formalities and it was the time they close their shop. The person who inspects and issued the vehicle was not happy that he had to work at that time and blamed me for that! Some respect towards the customers would help them to retain customers. I never rented from them since then.
