Receptionist in Jumeirah branch is very rude, arrogant attitude and tone. Arrived for my appointment and got to know it was booked an hour earlier and they cannot accept me anymore. Receptionist didn't even accept an idea that it there might have been a mistake with timing, she just insisted I arrived at a wrong time and kept repeating "You booking was made for earlier, you are a no show". When I asked why they didn't call to check on me if they thought my appointment was earlier, she said they were busy.
Not friendly, not trying to sort out an issue, no customer service oriented, not reliable, so not sure about their services and definitely won't go or book there again, there are plenty of salons in Dubai to spend my money.response / report this review -

First things first, their receptionist at the Jumeirah branch is extremely rude. She talks to you like she's doing a favour by sparing 3 minutes of her valuable time to book an appointment. They have a Groupon voucher that I purchased, with no mention whatsoever of additional charges, when you reach the location they inform you about an additional 60/-AED charge - P.S this is totally fair depending on your hair length but its sad that there is no mention of this on their site or Groupon's site, if one has to pay double the value of the Groupon voucher for a blow dry then its hardly a deal and you might as well go for a regular service. They use this false advertising to make you buy the voucher knowing that you won't be able to use it at all. Very disapointing !

The staff treat kind , but i did hair treatment and spent more than 1000 dhs without any result, further more it caused me dandruff before my wedding day, i tried to reach the management to talk with but they did not allow to connect me with management. Really unsatisfied and I wouldn’t go there again.

Really bad experience here. This was my second visit. The first time was ok as there was only me in the salon. However, just with a few more people in the salon they couldn't cope. I waited for someone 1 hr and 30 mins to get around to blow drying my hair. Granted I was 10 mins late and I Called in advance to warn them but really 1 hr 30mins??? I think it was obvious that they took another one of their clients before me even though I'd been sitting their waiting for them!!! They tried to cover up the fact by doing my mani pedi first and every time I would ask a staff member how long it was going to take before they got around to my hair they said 5 mins. Well that five mins turned into over an hour and after losing my patience they got a beauty therapist to do my hair instead and she was very rough with my hair. Next the hairdresser who was supposed to do my hair finally got to my hair and they both dried it together very roughly to get it done quick. The outcome was rubbish. It was flat within half an hour. I definitely won't be going back for hair. The only reason I tried this place in the first place is because I had entertainer. Staff are completely unprofessional and unorganised

Bought my mother treatment for mothers day. She was over the moon with the gift. The level of care all girls at Blo Out Beauty gave to her topped it off and really made the experience incredible. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a high quality beauty salon, with convenient prices, to go to Blo Out Beauty in Jumeirah. Thanks again.
