Disaster service with unprofessional staff. Expensive shop for nothing. I will not recommend this store.

Worst experience ever!
Went there last week. The salon looks nice
The staff was rude. Very unprofessional waxing had scars after the wax and burning. Not clean doesn’t wear gloves.

It’s a great place! Like coming here! It’s always so relaxing! Enjoying neck and shoulder massage every time while doing manicure and pedicure! Beautiful place! Thank you guys for what you are doing!

Simply the most relaxing salon. I did my Classic manicure last Tuesday and the polish is still fresh💅🙌👌💞💞💞💞 1week!!!!

Staff are so nice and welcoming .. their service is great .. so far I made my hair and pedi and so staisfied (actually I feel it's better than any earlier other experience) .. good job guys and keep it up 👍🏻👍🏻

@Meerim Jumabaeva Dear Meerim, as I looked into your visit to our salon, I found out you are a manager and a hair dresser at a Salon in the Palm Jumeirah. You visited Beauty Time salon to try and recruit one of our Nail technicians into your salon. The salon manager caught you doing that and stopped you from speaking to the Nail technician. So this is why you called our salon "unprofessional"? What you did Is completely unethical and leaving this negative review for our salon won't make us look bad if this is what you're aiming for. Our customers visit our salon on a regular basis and they know how well we value Customer experience and professionalism.
