Flew in to Dubai from Toronto and wanted to take advantage of the talent in Dubai for balyage and ombre hair colouring. Pastels was an amazing choice! The service was professional the salon was super clean. When I sat down I was greeted by Shakira, one of the hair stylists at the Mercato branch, and she took the time to hear exactly what I wanted and any concerns I had. She did an amazing job with the balyage/ ombre; it was very well blended with the original base colour of my hair (no start and end lines), the colour was perfect (ash brown-super cool tone). Throughout the process Shakira was sure to let me know of each step they were doing so I knew what was going on. I loved her work and would greatly recommend the place!
