Amazing Salon! Very welcoming and professional. Robert is one of the best hair stylists I’ve seen in Dubai so far; his skills in hair cutting, hair dying and hair treatments are superb. Highly recommend!

I got highlights and it was a disaster. One side was plantinum blonde while the other one had a redish tone. Never going again. And very expensive.

This place is an absolute disaster. Getting a blow dry is the only thing that these people are capable of doing. I went to get simple low lights which is a task that most salons can get right. Well in this salon they turned my beautiful long healthy hair into a disaster. The man who colored my hair was overwhelmed with many clients that he was serving at the same time and was running between me and 3 others at the same time, and therefore did not do my low lights properly and my hair turned out to be as orange as a pumpkin. I went back the next day in complete distress and he assured me that he will fix it. Once he was done my hair was a green blue. The worst part is instead of taking responsibility of the horrible job he has done, he tried to defend himself and say that my blue/green hair looks great. I urge you not to go here because no woman deserves to feel the way I feel and have her hair look like a Halloween wig! There are plenty of great salons in Dubai with true artists and this place has some unprofessional amateurs!
