  Worst service ever, unresponsive customer service, I rented a car for three months they didn’t do any service, and when finally the service guy came he refused to do the service because there was a vey small hole on the front glass, which I’m not even sure if it was there from the beginning. Unbelievable !!

  1) located in a very apt place in Al quoz, optimally placed as it avoids major road congestions
  
  2) timing is good that the servicing duration remains upto 6pm. ( people however from far off places of 100km or more needs to start at 4pm to avoid missing the deadline ).
  
  3) Has contract with some local nearby garages so that in case you arrive after 6 pm there is a good opportunity that they can get the servicing done, ( but chances are there that the car might not be washed due to final hours of the employees to take time off.
  
  4) good servicing team - communicates well although they can be a little more efficient in giving call backs but we never know the behind the scenes pressure in work.

  Very big space. friendly staff Customer waiting area is just ok no complaints service quality is good.
