Very bad customer service. We booked for a car, they promised it will be available today and when we come to pick it up suddenly it’s not available but we can pay more and have anther one it’s a very dishonest sale technique

Walked in to hire a car while mine was in for repairs. Quick, efficient and courteous service offered by Rashid Samuel and his colleagues. Easy to extend the car hire when my repairs took longer than expected. Car was clean and good value for money.

I can highly recommend the service provided by Thrifty MOE. We have been leasing a car from them for several months now and the service provided by Kathleen has been outstanding in every instance. She has proven to be helpful and resourceful to accommodate our needs. A special shout out also to driver Monis, who always serves with a smile and nothing is ever a problem! Great job you both. Hassle-free experience. Rented a car for 4 days, they blocked around 1500 AED on my credit card, which were released around 1 week after a rent period. A car was a clean new Toyota (2016; 30000 km). No problems whatsoever.

Customer service was great, the car was awful. It was beaten up on the outside, and less than clean on the inside. Fine as an only option, but wouldn't choose to use them again.

If someone would return the car to this branch their parking is on level 3, Area (C5).
The staff was helpful when I returned my car and they provided information through their phone.

The worse customer service I've ever experienced. I was very unfortunately to met 2 rude customer service assistances on the 11th October around 4pm. They even insisted I complain about them. She tried to patronise my wife and myself as if we had no sense of understanding. She spoke rudely to us and intentional wasted our whole day at the mall for no apparent reason.

My experience has been very poor with Thrifty. They gave me a good offer with close to 450 AED discount on VW Jetta but recovered it other way round. While returning the car, there was small scratch and less than an inch of color chipped off, they told me they cant quote me the price, it has to go to work shop, but I need to sign one document which says they can charge my card later. I asked them multiple times whether the charge would be fair as this can be fixed in less than 50 - 100 AED, they promised me "yes" its minor, should not be a big charge but finally about 10 days later they called me saying workshop quotation is 500 AED. This was the beginning of how badly they treat customers.

I was surprised with this ridiculous amount, I requested to speak to the workshop person which this executive Russel refused to do.
She said i need to call them, they cant call me. Again one more example of poor customer experience.

I asked her to email, which she did and with contact number of the workshop, i called there, no one transferred me to right person for 4.5 minutes. I replied to her email that i have done my part of trying to connect with this guy, now please ask him to call me. The reply i got was explanation that i did not take complete insurance, hence the charge. No mention to why that person is not answering me or calling me.

Seriously very poor experience, would never use them again.
