Very unorganised, slow, and staff including doctors are rude and not thorough at all. I will do my best to never have to come to an Aster Clinic again. This is my second time coming to one and f their clinics and I am horrified. Never again

Aster Clinic is one of the bad clinic that ever i have experienced in dubai never ever recommended to any one this is writing while im waiting in Clinic this has taken 1hr not my token W503-W its say im the 3rd patient staff in reception is not professional They dont want to listen to patient anf rude if u sick please go to another clinic not Aster clinic in satuwa and i will write more about my personal experience in satuwa polyclinic dont vist this place stay away ..

I do not recommend this place staff is not nice to customers ..also waiting time so long they dont manage token well i hhav waited 45 minute to meet doctor . This place not recommended ..

I always prefer this one amongst all of the Aster Clinics, great experienced doctors and staffs , even the GP Dr Sibi has always been a good doctor to consult. Heard he is leaving the clinic, to where he is being moved

Worst clinic amongst aster groups. I have come to this hospital by 10Am and there is no one to attend till 12Pm There are two doctors who are at most lazy as ever. I would never recommend anyone for this clinic Better to go to jubliee/mankhool just 15mins away where we have many M number of doctors and caring staffs

I had a terrible experience of waiting in the que for each and everything. Those who come there will be sick and frustated and you need to have efficient guys to make the process faster. I came out almost after 3 hours.

I have some physical problems such as hip and joint pain.now,i am living in Dubai.So, Binu Abraham,ortho,saleem polyclinic,Al Satwa is my consulting physician.He and his subordinates are well behaved persons.only because of that i feel better there.But, i have some bad experience from there. Some days before i took an appointment for 8 pm.but i couldn’t reach there in appointment time .i am 20 minute late.So,they to refuse permission. That is my fault.i’m back.yesterday my health condition got worse.my husband took an appointment through phone for me today 9 am.I couldn’t walk without the help of others. So, my husband came with me. Actually he have work today.He told his officers that he could be late today.we reached there sharp 9’0 clock.But,Clinic filled with patients and also have a long queue in appointment section.we try to show message regarding appointment process they send to me.But,the staff in that section didnot hear anything from me.And they told to us go and stand in queue.i already have an experience they to refuse permission because i am 20minute late. So,we decided to come backI want to know what is the need of appointment?

Worst and very poor service in everytime. Today i came to give blood for test @ 10 am and now 12 pm but still nothing happened. I am fasting for 12 hours and here 2 hours. Total 14 hours. If you like to spend your time for nothing and for standing this is the better place to visit. Its not even good to give one star. And this will be my last time. I am going to request to transfer all my records to any other clinic.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Clinic staffs are so rude. No respect. They have staff who doesn't have brain! for example, a patient will asked something and instead to get an explanation, they will tell "WHAT TO DO?!".. No words can describe how awful their service is..I regret the day I went to their clinic when I could have save my time by going to other better service clinic/facilities. Really really disappointed! I don't recommended this clinic. If there's another term/word for worst? it'll be THEM..seriously, not a good a one.

Very very poor service

In the reception they have 2 counters, but only one counter is open. More than 15 patients are waiting in the line but no one cares. Staff are too slow. Ladies patients dont have piority. They have to stay in the line with mens. One thing only good its doctors. Staff and management dont care about customers. Have to wait more than two hours to get medicine
