I don't usually write such bad reviews but since its about a pets life I feel the need to put it out there. Pathetic place. Just a fancy clinic with such rude staff including the Vet. In my 5 years of visits to vets in different cities have never come across any vet who has muzzled my dog for a ear infection, that too with a RAG !!! My pet wasn't aggressive , was just scared but dint growl or bark or anything of that sort but this was how she was handled. I dint get my dog treated there, the way they handled her was enough for me to just run away. This was my experience with one Vet not sure about the others though.

If you love your pet then don't let the vet there give your pet any injections without measuring its weight and calculating a proper dose. My tortoise was given 2 injections with improper doses and died few hours later. There was no batteries on the weight scale and the vet just assumed its weight.
Unethical and unprofessional.

I don't know what to say exactly first the clinic is fine and better then lots of places in dubai who is there to suck money out of your pockets , they have problem in appointments they are always full , they should expand or more working hours , the other thing my dog had a stitches in there and it was emergency so dr said the price will be max 1500 I came back to take the dog the price become 1802 , plus the thing I don't understand is every where in the world in every profession if you proceed with other side for work there must be no consultation fee but in there they do the operation and they take consultation fee I didn't consult you I asked you to proceed with the problem right away it's emergency ( they calculated emergency fee + consultation) so there is problem in informing .. but to be honest still nothing to what I faced in other vets over all they are fine

Friendly staff. Excellent, modern facilities with refreshments. Great service for running blood tests necessary to export my two pet Chihuahuas.
