Visited here on 17th Jan 2019.
The most least rating and if possible i would plead to shut down this clinic.
As i can see many other previous reviews of all those things(staffs and service) i wanted to tell, i would not elaborate on those further . But i want to add some other serious issues.
Firstly, the nurses nor the doctor (wow!) wears any gloves. And then the nurses were acting in such a racist way being scared to touch the patient while examining.
And the doctor himself was not touching the patient. he just examined the patients throat with a stick and checked with stethoscope and that is it!! he concluded on a dozen of medicines.
And the most irritating thing, i found a "cockroach crawling like a free soldier" on the desk of the doctor.Come on!! i hear about municipality fining restaurants and all for finding the smallest thing, and this being a clinic "A COCKROACH" on the doctors desk. If it was somewhere else, i would not have made such a big mess. But this is the limits. I forgot to take a photo as it did not strike me then. Any ways i am never visiting this clinic again and the doctor either.

Well facilitated clinic and excellent services. The staff were very professional and helpful. I have received very best medicine from Dr.Nameer Abdul Majeed, is one of the specialist Dermatologist in Dubai region and I would highly recommend to anyone! Thank You Doctor 😄

Hospital facilities are good as the hospital is new.

The staff is however terribly disorganized and has no idea how to effectively communicate with patients. The standard response to everything is is "Please sit down ", and no follow up communication after that, unless you go back to the counter to ask again.

Endless waiting for simple things like a blood test. There is no system in place to streamline the waiting time for patients.

This is my first and last visit to this hospital.

i don't want to give any star to this clinic as this clinic is having highly unprofessional staff. They showed no empathy towards the patients.
I want to write a lot but i think its a waste of time of mine as well as of yours because attitude of your staff will not change. Dear Aster Group, please think about your image which is getting worse. Also, please don't treat patience as per their insurance category. You are degrading them by your careless and rude behavior. I selected 1 star as without selecting the star i cannot post my feed back.

Waiting 60 minutes just to get the test reports and discuss with the doctor is unacceptable. Moreover i had taken an appointment at 6pm just to consult these test reports but was allowed only at 7pm. You really need to manage your appointments better, minimum waiting at this place even if you have an appointment is 30 minutes.

Even tough its a busy clinic but no way for saying any remarks about the service given for the patients, I felt really a wonderful experience from the helping hands of Aster. Really I felt it always shows a positive attitude especially a smiling face are always there to us as patients.

I recommend all this Aster Clinic where to be in safe hands.

I have been to Aster Clinics on two occasions and both of them were emergency situations for my mom who comes to the UAE on visit. This review is mainly on the recent visit to see Dr. Janardhan Senior Cardiologist at Aster Clinic Ghusais. I found Dr. Janardhan Babburi very committed to his job and treated my mom like his mom. She had a mild stroke and high BP, the dr kept calling and checking on my mom and advising to make changes based on the developments. He was constantly in touch during weekends too. All I have to say is hats off to Aster for having such a great Dr. The other doctor I would like to appreciate if Dr. Ajith Kumar who was also great when we visited him for my mom's diabetes. Wishing Aster family all the best.

Aster needs to improve the waiting time of the patients. Everytime we visit we need to wait at least 3hrs in the clinic. Increase number of doctors in the clinic at peak hours at the prime locations which will automatically decrease the wait time. I will never recommend aster to anyone & this will be my last visit.

Hello team,

Dr.Babu Rafeeq (specialist peadiatrician) is one among the best pediatricians!Dr. actually cares about the kids he treats. He is very on top of things! And explains the care to be given for the sickness, treatment plans & medications . He clears all our concerns related to diagnosis . And nurse Ms. Preenu's service too is appreciable .My kids are never affraid to go to check the vitals or to the doctor, they are comfortable with their peds and for a child that is important! Thank you ..!

Apart of speaking about long wait at clinic , services providing is good.

Very sloooooowww service!
I got there 5 mins before my appointment and had to wait at the reception for 7 people before me even though there were 3 other receptionists to handle, but they didn't. Then I saw the Doctor 20 mins after my appointment time, and all this while the clock is ticking on my 1 hour parking ticket.

Very slow!!!

I made the mistake of coming here. Reception is horrible. Someone came in after me and started speaking in I guess malayalan language to the reciption lady and after talking and lauvjing was served before me. Theu said they dont ha e ENT?!!!! She saod I have to wait minimum one hour before I could see any doctor and she was nit even accomodating. No o e really cares whats happening here. Will not co.e back and will not sugeest.

Absolutely pathetic services!!!! I called customer service for appointment at 8.30a.m. she asked me to go for a Walk in as Dr. Will be available after 9.00a.m. I was here at Aster Al Nahda at 9.30 a.m. to see the Dermatologist. I have been waiting here since 11.00 a.m. now and my Number is 402 only patient ahead of me was 401. When I am inquiring wats taking time The answer there are other patients with Appointments.
I called earlier for an appointment and Not an Pizza??? Cafeterias give better service as they know who their customers have arrived first. But ASTER doesn't know how many appointments they have and which Doctor!!!! Pathetic and Unproffesional!!!!!

Haven't met the Doctor so nothing against any medical faculty. But pure Unproffesional Staff at EASTER.

Worst customer service in Aster qusais , I had given my insurance card when the time of appointmet , they checked and simply rejected saying that not eligible .Same day i checked with my insurance company and they clarified that it rejected only beacuse aster they had put wrong number in the sytem. Cutomer care team dont have any kind of resposiblity to treat people on good manners. People are waiting there unnecessary only beacuse of their laziness.

I am extremely disappointed with Aster clinics priority given to a fasting pregnant women for blood test. They keep me waiting for hours.Their other services are also very poor such as I never am able to get an appointment with doctor due to busy schedule. They never inform once reports are ready and do not have the efficiency of sending reports through email. Aster might be very popular among south Indians mostly, because most of their staff are malayalis. But myself being a malayee, have to say that their pharmacy and clinics are very unprofessional and do not know how to deal with people. If you have any other option do not go to Aster.
