    Good day to all!
My name is Varvara. About two months ago, my mother and I picked up a kitten nearby the Mall of the Emirates. He was in a terrible state, parasites in the wound on the muzzle, pus accumulation in many places throughout the body, in general, was bad. We first came to the first clinic that was found, but there they refused and offered to go to another. So we got to know ABVC.
The kitten was under the supervision of Dr. Alexandra and her assistant Adela . We would like to thank them with all our heart for the brilliantly done work, for giving a second chance to a little life and giving us hope for his happy future. A wonderful clinic, amazing doctors with golden hands! the result can be estimated from the photo. Thanks a lot to Dr. Alexander, her assistant Adela and ABVC!

ASK THIS CLINIC TO SHOW THEIR LICENSE! They will not show it to you because their license is for "pet grooming" and "pet sale", but not to operate on animals. The owners of the company are Dr. Mehdi and Sheikh in Sharjah.
If something will go wrong with your pet, they will take no responsibly and will go around not to name it "negligence". They will gladly charge you for additional treatments and services, despite the fact that you pay for it because of their mistake. They haste with surgeries and treatments, do not provide information on side effects and complications, because it is all about money, not about well-being of your pet. Their policy - less you know, better for them, they can explain they way out of everything.

My cat Naoumy had a miscarriage 5 days ago and the babies were dead in her uterus. The case needed quick action to avoid further complications I just phoned the clinic and explained the case to Doctor Mehdi who tempted me and scheduled on the spot an appointment for emergency surgery at night . I dealt before with many vet clinics but for me this clinic is the best in Dubai as of the full attention they give to the cases and their team friendly behaviour from the reception to the nursing people. Dr Mehdi did an amazing job and was calling me every hour to keep me updated with my cat’s health status. A big THANK YOU to Dr Mehdi and all the friendly staff. Btw , the clinic is not commercial at all and I highly recommend ABVC clinic to all people who care about their pets.

My King Charles had been suffering from a recurring anal gland infection. After the third visit to Al Barsha vet, with the infection not being cleared by antibiotics, it was recommended to us to have the sacs removed with surgery. Even if I was reluctant because of the anesthesia and my dog's age (8 years old), it wasn't good for him to have an infection and take so many antibiotics all the time. Surgery was quick, drop him in the morning and was able to pick him up by 6 pm. He left the vet walking, a bit groggy as a result of the anesthesia. After a good night sleep, he was already playing and running the following morning. No side effects, no pain, no scratching. Best decision we ever made. Dr Mehdi did an amazing job

Came to the clinic withy cat around 9:10pm and they open till 10pm. Despite of the place being empty they refused to examine my pet explaining that they work as per appointment only and could accommodate me as the Emergincy with extra cost of course but today they are not an Emergincy clinic. I brought a cat to open empty clinic and they refused to check on him! I don’t have trust to this place anymore and recommend to all who wants care to not go there

I have used the services of ABVC for my own pets as well as stray animals for over 10 years.

Dr Mehdi and the entire team are amazing: giving quality care with "heart".

I would like to share my recent experience: I took a poor stray cat with a badly broken femur to ABVC, I was charged for the surgery but the hospitalization charges were waived. I know that ABVC is committed to animals and their welfare.

ABVC also has a free TNR programme for unfortunate strays and that makes me respect them.

The entire team is polite and kind and I highly recommend ABVC.

Hero is a very gentle young cat and is looking for a home.

Quite disappointed with the service we received here, given that we are regulars at the ABVC Kennels & Cattery for the doggie daycare.
We brought our dog in after she had a few episodes of a hacking cough & vomiting. The doc who checked her said it "might be" kennel cough and kept responding to all our questions with "if you want" - no proper diagnosis, no proper instructions on how to solve the issue. We were just given a mild solution to feed her via syringe.
After seeing our dog's condition worsen over 2 days, we finally took to her to Umm Sequim Vet Center late at night, where the doc immediately diagnosed her with kennel cough and prescribed a 3 week anti-biotic course. I'm glad that we decided to get a second opinion, but having wasted nearly AED 900 at ABVC's vet clinic on a poor diagnosis and treatment, we will surely not return.

When you don't have kids, your pets are your kids. Imagine how heartbroken you would be if a doctor misdiagnosed and mishandled your pet/child. You'd be fuming! Now imagine your pet/child died..i'm sorry for planting these thoughts in your head..but we lost Kat to ABVC Pet's Necessities l.l.c. / ABVC Kennels & Cattery llc unprofessional and under par treatments. As her family all we asked for was an apology or an acknowledgement and received neither. PLEASE, if you're reading this do not take your babies/pet there..the reviews are horrendous and their attitude is appalling!

Everyone at Al Barsha Vet Clinic is friendly, careing and professional. I have been taking my dog to them for 5 years now and have never been disappointed. Recently, I took her in to have her teeth cleaned. I was very nervous because she had to be put to sleep for the procedure. The clinic called me during each step of the process so that I would not worry about her all day. They were extremely caring and understood my love for my pet. It is obvious to me that all employees love and care for the animals that they treat.

Stray Cats don't seem to be worth their time. I called to take one as she was not eating for over 3 days, anorexic. I called the EMERGENCY line because I was afraid she would die. I was told that if it's a pet I could bring her in, or else I should wait to get an appointment tomorrow. I must repeat that it's a stray cat. Which means once I grab her, I have to take her in immediately. And she was rather ill. So bottom line, they don't care unless it's a pet because no other life seems worthy enough for their precious time. Shameful and disappointing to say the least.

Very compassionate and friendly staff, except for the Dutch vet, as she had no control over the pet but the others have. Prices are the same as what you pay in Europe and so far, the service provided is the same. It's a shame to see some sad stories here but losing a pet is like losing a child, so putting your blame in to a review, especially when it's such an emotive topic, is wrong. There are other ways to resolve it, that will also keep your privacy.

Took my new puppy..they diagnosed with distemper and said 80% he would die. They said they can try to save him for 10,000 aed but no promises. Took him to another doc near international city and that doctor guided me carefully how to take care at home. The little guy survived. He is 13months and has no scaring from it. No doubt God's will.

I have been to this place several times together with my husband for our dog and 2 cats. Despite being a fairly busy practice at the reception we have been pleased every time. Our Pug was opeated by Dr. Mehdi 2 years ago for his elongated soft palate and ever since his breathing has improved tremendously. My geriatric cat is currently treated for chronic kidney disease and her situation is stable at the moment. I can only recommend this place and we wouldn’t go to any other clinic in Dubai.

This vet clinic left an impression that they are just collecting money, caring about their profit and not about your pet well being.

Just a few hours after I posted my above impression, the clinic called me and tried to persuade that I am totally wrong. Instead of listening to me and trying to clear the situation they shout at me, tried to push me to remove the comment, threaten, did not listen to and did not give a chance to explain my concern. Absolutely No-Go. Totally failed. Is it the way how they handle a critical feedback? My honest advise to them is to learn to how deal with customers in a polite and professional way.
