  Though I had an appointment at 4:30, I had to wait for 20-25 minutes for someone to attend to me and moreover the person assigned for me was not available. Not expected from Porsche Service center. 😒

  Came here for a service, when I received the car back, someone stole or threw away my parking pass that was taped on the dashboard. They told me they're not responsible for it because they said to take out any valuable. I don't think a parking pass that is taped on the car is a valuable you need to take out, next time I should take off my Salik sticker too ? Horrible service from SHIHAM MUNAF and MAEN MALKAVI, supposedly leaders of the service center. Never had I had a problem in USA with this issue, and if I ever did, there is always full customer service for everyone to come to an agreement. Not "sorry, we told you to take out everything". I pay premium price for a 2017 Porsche to get a premium car and premium service, not items thrown away in my car. It is worth your money and time and peace of mind to drive further to a different service center. .If you want them to actually take care of your car and you: DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER.

  Seriously.1-2 days for minor service with oil and filter change, screen fluid top up etc..Had it all done in 3 hours at JZM in AD

  Worst customer service in Dubai..considering that Porsche is a highly reputed car manufacturer, their way of "handling" the customer is by asking first if they are planning to buy the car . Apparently in case you're not a potential buyer it is a waste of time. Well.. since I did not have the chance to do a test drive , hard to say! Anyway.. piece of advise for their sales team: this is not the best way to promote a car.

  I highly recommended them if you are looking for a paint job for your precious Porsche. Loyal, Shaqib were two particular staff that I highly appreciate. I applaud the entire team at the Al quoz branch.
