Went yesterday to check out the Alfa Romeo Guilia QV and although the showroom was literally empty, the salesman told me they need to schedule the test drive one day in advance(?).
I went today on time and after giving him my driving license salesman told me I’m less than 25 years old so I can’t drive the car. I told him how do you expect someone to buy a car without test driving it, especially a less known car manufacturer. “Bring your brother or anyone you know” was his solution. No thank you.
Solution is simple. I just won’t buy the car. Gargash are renowned for having the worst customer service so that behavior is no surprise, and that’s coming from a family that owns 3 new Mercedes from Gargash.response / report this review -

I wish there was a negative 5 stars rating. One star is too much for them.
Terrible in every possible way. My car breaks after every service. They only care about charging excessive amounts of money for parts and labor. The worst customer experience I've had in Dubai, and they don't even care.
They don't respect the extended warranty and I'll be filing a complaint against them soon.response / report this review -

Gargash service is very expensive and does not stock many parts for Alfas. They lack very specialist knowledge. Recently there have been improvements..their showroom is central and sales staff very friendly.

No wonder why no one buys an alfa romeo! Dont buy an alfa romeo, because the after sale service is much disappointing been waiting for a very tiny piece to come for 50 days (i have been told it will come in 9 days) apparently when i called no one knew about it! And then they said they forgot what was the interior color of my car.. very sad..

The worst agency i had bought a car from.
Bad service, bad follow up, the priority is for
the money not for the client comfort.

Worst service in the UAE. At a service they tell me I need to get my break pads replaced. Nothing surprising there, and I tell them to give me a quite first. 5,000 dirhams for front and rear pads. I ask if they can give some discount as this sounds insanely expensive. Not possible. I drive around the corner, where I find out the rear pads are just fine and get new, original pads plus sensors for 480 dirhams including everything. Not only less than 10% of the Gargash quotes price, but Gargash also tried to cheat me into buying rear pads I didn't need.
Unfortunately I love Mercedes cars, but experiences such as these will seriously make me reconsider buying one in the future.

Serviced my car with them - the experience is not a the level of the car they are selling. My car has not even been clean on the inside and I don't even know what has been checked Very disappointed especially regarding that I paid for service B

Is this the official alfa dealer in Dubai? Nothing on the alfa website mentioning a dealer in the UAE, but it does mention other gulf countries!
