They coat me 1590 Aed and when I enquired they said they have changed some parts which is not covered by insurance but after reviewing they said it's a mistake sorry..i payed only 335..

The service representative was very helpful and you even get a free taxi to any mall while you wait for the service on your vehicle to be done.

People who are complaining about appointment that no 1 answers the calls must recheck the number which they r calling becuase they might be calling the wrong number and we can get appointment online so no need to call. My experience with AlMasaood service centre was very good.
Free wifi and beverages are apriciated. And the employees are very friendly. But ofcorse no 1 is perfect.response / report this review -
