Porsche in AbuDhabi provides best sales services but Low quality when it came me to maintenance and that is strange bqz they have a manager From Germany but he did not follow the Dutch quality of service and don't try to improve the work in his center since years now!!

Be very careful. You could pay for spare parts or fixing that did not happen. (manipulators). Had too many issues.

Poor service. I took a car in for an inspection. They kept it overnight, then made me wait 3 hours the next day for the report. Go to JZM.

I was there for my VW Tiguan normal regular service. What pissed me off was the customer service employee who was on the phone for almost 4 minutes while i am sitting in front of him, completely ignoring my presence ! let alone not offering me a tea or coffee !!
I straight away gave him a harsh feedback once he hanged up and he sincerely apologized but that action ruined my experience.

Had given the car for service with a list of problems. They kept the car for 10 days gave back the car without fixing some of the issues. Visited the service advisor again after waiting for 45 minutes Lyndon (service advisor full of attitude) who needs to know what us customer service!!! He stated I never reported the issues. When pulled out the job card found all the problems reported when the car was given to ali and sons and Lyndon wanted to book another appointment to fix them. This is how negligent the staff is!! Ali and sons please train your staff how to retain customers as I would never recommend anyone to visit your service center!!!
