  Exceptional customer service and quality of job comparing to the market here in the UAE.
  I was shocked by how badly the requested service for my car was handled by AGMC, issues remained unsolved and all kind of warranty coverage issues..
  So I had to take it over by a recovery service and handle it to Abu Dhabi motors, and they have been working on my car for over a week now doing everything they can to deliver the car in the best condition, I took the car for one specific job which is the engine fault, and they have done their own inspections to find out a lot of different issues like gearbox leak, suspension, ac, and so on..
  all these issues were not shared by AGMC and I also had to pay them money to do the inspections there!
  Abu Dhabi motors covered everything under my warranty, and they didn't mind offering me an extended services and warranty.. Such a comfort dealing with them.
  Update:
  All the needed parts have been changed, Absolutely satisfied..
  Special thanks to syrosh for the follow up with my car.

  Motorcycle service:
  I just want to say a big thank you for Karl and Renato for taking my bike for the 1st service on such a short notice!
  Renato took care of me even outside office hours, and Karl has just shown how a professional high end service should work like!
  Great attitude, very helpful, quick and very transparent!
  Thank you for your help guys, I will be coming back in the future!

  I was surprised by the level of service, I had heard a few times of negative stories from BMW service in Dubai, so was not expecting much from BMW Abu Dhabi. Actually I was super impressed by the level of service provided by Mario at the Mussafah service centre, was extremely helpful and I could tell he cared about me the customer. I am happy to come back.

  It is not what you expect a BMW service to be like. I had a problem with my new car, but they would not provide a loaner car. I dropped off the car on a Monday and it did not go into the workshop until Thursday. "We have a queue" they said, my car is under warranty!. The car should have been done Thursday afternoon at 0400 pm I arrived at 0445 and it is now 0515 and I'm just getting into my car.
  I'm re-editing my review because it has just gotten worse. I was barely out of here and realized that my car is still not fixed.
