Extremely bad service standard. I have never experienced such a low service standard in my life. My car having some weird rattle sound problem I gave my car to service.they wrongly diagnose the problem and took 2 months to source the parts. And my problem still not resolved.

Spent more than 4 hours calling phone number to book service and no answer (026811118 and 024182700).
Internet booking is not working either.

My car is under warranty, I faced a problem with AC and I sent my car to get repair, it's been 8 days to get an approval to change a spare part.
