I have rented multiple cars from Al Maraya now and I am always pleased with the quality of the cars they provide for a great price and their customer service. They are very quick and efficient and all members of staff I have dealt with are very friendly and helpful 😊

Rented from this company a few years ago when I here on vacation and was impressed with the ease and smoothness and pricing. Came back again a year later and rented with them for two years exactly, never regretted it. Vaishakh has been phenomenally helpful and super efficient. I can't thank you guys enough ! Definitely recommended !

I'm so happy having choosing the best car rentals in the UAE. Very good company, good cars, special deals and excellent in customer service with all amazing great staffs. I had the best services from al maraya rent a car, however, I would like to recommend this company to everyone.

They never returned my deposit even it is now more than 30 days after I returned the vehicle. Without any explanation. No fines, no issues with vehicle, they are just ignoring my requests.
Vehicle was ok, I used it for 5 months, but switched to a better deal since they didn’t want to give any discount.response / report this review -

I happened to rent my first car on the same day as I got my driving license with al maraya jlt. They are very cooperative and helpful. Vaishakh in particular has always been a great help with getting me the right car even on short notices. They give very competitive rates too. I’d highly recommend everyone to go with the best in JLT.

If you are looking for a rent a car with excellent service then this is the place. I lost my keys in the middle of the night and the staffs assisted the same time and in one hour I have new keys in my hand. I don’t think you’ll find such commitment elsewhere. Will recommend to everyone.

I Rented a car there, they promised to give my money back in 30 days after I return a car. However, it's been 2 months from that day already, every day they either ignore my messages either telling me that "money will be deposited tomorrow" I spent so much time on texting them with no result. Don't rent car there.

This car company states it is 24hours but no one answered the phone. There is no emergency service if your car stops working. My key for the car opened up and caused the car not to be able to start. A day has gone and no response and use of car. POOR
