  I rented a car from this agency and the surprise was that I got a brand new car! it was a toyota yaris. everything went well at the start and on the return. no security deposit only a pre-authorization. I recommend this agency

  Very trustworthy! Although they did not have the category car I booked, a refund was offered above the amount which I though i would get. Really great trustable and very responsive team!

  Inside the Radisson Blu hotel. Probably one of the worst experiences with rent a car. We arrived with a booking and had to wait for 1,5 hours because apparentely our booking was not found. Finally they found it but had no car there so we got another car. Called an upgrade, but it was super big with too few horse power. Not again.

  Very bad. This Hertz branch didn't work with proper attitude and lack of honesty. I booked from the hertz.ae, however the staff of this office insist I book from European website and challenged as my fault. And finally they refused to cover insurance for some reason other supplier don't have.
  It was the worst experiences I've ever had in my life.

  Very slow services. Very rude employees. Lots of delay . No one picks up the phone even I was at the Hertz desk and calling to test but there was 2 free employees who never bothered to pick up the phone
