Worst customer service. I paid a down payment back in June 2017 and until now I didn’t get my money back. They keep falsely claiming they have refunded the money. Please DO NOT MAKE ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. but a car from another responsible dealer.

Omg. I should have read review before buying my car. I too regret for buying a car from Al Habtoor. I was also treated so unfair and badly. I bought a car 1 year ago and my car tyre are 3 year old now. When I realised this cheating and noticed aged cracked tyres; they says we are not responsible for that. It's absolutely fraud service.

The last place to visit to buy a car. Worst sales and Atmost worst after sales and service. I hope the readers would benefit from considering the reviews. The deals and offers are just slaughtering with smiling face. I bought my dream car from here and i regret to the horizon. Treat customers very badly once the payment is in their hands. Never to be visited again. I came to know ELITE Motors are comparatively far better than Al Habtoor.
