Be careful. You’re not going to see your security deposit for the next month or more after returning the rental. I’ve had a much better refund experience with other rental companies, where refunds are processed WITHIN 30 days of returning the car. Very disappointed.

My experience with Al Emad Car Rental was pretty seamless. The car was delivered to me at my hotel. Even though the car was an older Mazda model, it was in good shape and ran well the whole time I rented it over the 5 months I rented the car. Again, they picked up the car at the end without any issues. Would definitely recommend and would rent from them again.

They have very competitive prices compare to available options in the market. Their cars are super clean and well maintained, usually you get a brand new car most of the time. Would surely recommend them.

This is the only place in the Emirates where we haven't been welcome well. Everyone we dealt with were rude. They have forgotten that they have a job because of the clients. We are just an inconvenience for them. If I was the owner, I would fire them all and hire a new staff. I would not recommend this place at all. There is so many car rental offices in Dubai that you should pick another one

Stay away from them - thieves!!!

In December 2017 along with my friends I rented a car from them thinking it's a good deal. After I returned the car in very very good conditions, they tried to make me pay extra fees for a spot on the back seat that was there from the begining.

After I argued with them that the spot was there, and it's not fair, they said, ok, but then they came back to me saying that a salik fee (road fee) needs to be paid and they will take this money from the 1000 Dirham deposit. I told them, that I didn't drive on any road which has a fee, but they kept saying that I did.

I said, ok, but please let me see the evidence. They replied that it will be sent to me via email.

Needless to say that they didn't send me any evidence (as there is none) but they took the money from the deposit, and returned me around 913 Dirham instead of 1000.

Moreover, they practice to take you the money from the account instead of blocking the amount then releasing it. Hence you will then need to beg them to give you the money back, which will be done after 30 days or more if you have good luck.

Called them a lot of times, but they didn't answer the phone since that incident.

Definitely don't rent from them any car!!!

Most of their cars have mechanical problems I changed my car 3 times in 2 months cars have so much smoke smell. Don't recommend it at all.

Terrible place, unfriendly staff. Their cars are in so bad condition that they allow you to use it only for 200 km. In Dubai 200 km is nothing due to far distances.

AVOID!!!! BAD SERVICE & STAFF very rude specially the FILIPINA phone operator in AL EMAD, Dubai Marina Branch, NoT recommended and cars are very bad. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME FOR THIS CAR RENTAL.

It is one of the very bad service for rent a car in Dubai. They provide me very old cars for rent .I had a very bad experiance which i would like to share so that others will not face same. I took a car for rent 3 days and they ask for deposit which was deducted from my bank account. They said it will be refunded after 30 days but it never happened after 45 days also. They didnt pay the full amount

The Worst Rental Company Ever..Steals Money, Never Answers, False Accusations. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to their offices. The slow painful wait in a humid sticky office, with limited seating and now explanation of what is actually going on. Rented for a while but left after consistently changing the cars to vehicles which became unreliable and multiple problems, ending up costing more time and business in the long run. On swapping cars multiple times, every time I was held accountable for marks on car which were already present on handover, even one time the paper work was completed incorrectly, and because the wrong image of the car was indicated on the file, (the return side) they still tried pinning the blame on me. Finally left them, and moved onto another company, only for 4 months after the moving, they still were deducting monies from my account with details they had kept on file. Its being handled by the police, yet the process is extremely slow. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! minor other points - cars always provided with zero - low petrol, and then they would swap vehicles where i'd have loaded with petrol. Dirty car inside and out.

Very disappointed with the service! Unreliable Sales Advisor Ali Azlan and Customer Service LYN! I waited for 3 hours waiting for their email confirmation for my booking but just assured me that it is available. On the time of pick up they offered the car with the higher rate! Now this is service! A perfect marketing strategy who will not care to customers as long as they have income. Bravo! and God Bless!
