I just love historical museums they bring back the experience of being a human outside civilization as we know it. I wish there was a true historical experience were a full life cycle is introduced to guests.

A beautiful corner of history to evoke the beginnings of the ruling family of Abu Dhabi and learn about the life of late Sheikh Zayed.
Although is a Palace the simplicity of the interiors reminds of the simple life lived in the past.

The place was one the former palace of the ruler of Abu Dhabi,It reflects the simplicity of the royal family. It's just beside Al Ain Oasis. The old buildings and furnitures are still intact, even the tent that they use for entertainment and gatherings is still . There was no entrance fee when we visited the place.

That a great Ruler is first a successful family man..He treats his people the way he treats his family..the care, the love, the respect.. especially for the women folk is so evident.. No wonder UAE is such a safe place for women A treasure for everyone to enrich from.. Must visit 👍👍

Interesting insight into the life of the Sheikh' s family as it was decades ago. You are allowed to roam freely and discover. Most of the rooms are furnished. There is not a lot of information posted, just the function of the rooms. Entry is free.

Apparently this was the home to the last ruler of emirates. Free entry, must try there local brewed coffee at the entrance. There is no tour guide here so you can walk around as you please and learn about the culture of emiraties and how they lived there day to day life.

A lot of history at this place, can easily spend 2-3 hrs exploring the castle, wonderful spots for some nice clicks. Can't miss to visit this if in the area !!!

One of the best places in Alain, UAE. It has many things to attract your interest if you want to know the old Arabic life style and the culture they had years ago.
