1. The telephone system is so bad, line do not remain connected whilst waiting
2. When connected, staff hang up, maybe too few staff or over worked staff

had appointment at orthopedic clinic..waited for over 2 hours past my scheduled appointment,the problem i had was the waiting room was full,they waited on everyone,i was left,then it filled up again,they waited on everyone else again,then it filled up for the third time and they waited on everyone else again..i went to complain and they were rude and unprofessional..then got into see the dr. who was also very rude and unprofessional..the dr was phillp berdel,i would not take my dog to see him or this hospital..gave it one star because the daman insurance lady was very helpful and courteous..it was the only thing good about this place..

Recommended for tumor and cancer treatments
My father is being treated here for last 10 years
Doctor Mohammed Ghafoor Khan has been treating him and hes is one of the best
Not just because of his medical background
Because of the way he treats and elderly man.
Done several surgeries which went well.
The only thing I have to say that need to be worked on is the discharge duration, it takes forever to get discharged

But overall

I do not know from where all these positive reviews!? I could not get normal service even from phone call! Staff does not know anything about the problem and which doctor I need to visit! Seriously? They kept forwarding my call and I repeated my problem million times! no help at all will not even go. ridiculous

Tawam hospital which opened in 1979, is part of the Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) network of public hospitals owned by the Health Authority of Abu Dhabi. The 469-bed tertiary care facility is the largest hospital in the United Arab Emirates and serves as a regional referral center for specialized medical care and a national referral center for oncology services. Though it offers services in all specialties, Tawam is best known for its neonatal care, fertility services, emergency medicine, intensive care, oncology services and state-of-the-art cardiac care.
