This is one of the worst service I have ever seen in a hospital. I went to meet a dermatologist. They asked me to wait one hour because there were 2 patients before me. 30 Mins for one patient?? But fair enough I waited. After I registered and got an appointment in place and waited an hour they then tell me that their system is down and it will take another hour. Do the doctors stop working if the system is down ?? Pathetic from an organisation who’s job is to take care of patients

Sadly but these organisations are just money making machines. No care about patients and too much expensive. Poor customer related services.

Thw worst experience ever.
They trying to keep the patient in the room for more days just to gain more money.
Doctors are not respecting the patient.
And finally we surprised that the operation we did there not completed 100% and we have to re-do it but sure we will choose another hospital.response / report this review -

Management has changed old name of this Hospital was "Cromwell Women & Children Hospital" now "Universal Hospital"

Not professional. Doctors don't respect time. Example my wife called for an appointment and they told her the day after at 4pm. We were there at 3:50 and we came first - no other patient was there - and kept waiting till 4:30 until doctor arrived. But to our surprise another patient who came later was admitted before us. When we complained we were told that we were on the waiting list: how ridiculous!!!! Same thing happened two weeks earlier. We kept waiting for more than 1:15 ( one hour 15 minutes ) for a pediatrist then we had to leave to Ain Al Khaleej Hospital which didn't take us more than 15 minutes to see the doc. More, during summer my wife had an approval from Daman and the aneasthesist wanted to escroc us for 50 dirhams and they had to refund us after calling Daman.
In short, no respect of time and patients. And escrocs ( thieves )!!!! Beware!!!! And don't try to go the complaints department: they will never take any actions
